this is one of the oldest hotels in the town. Situated in the heart of the town on the narrow main road. Rooms are fine. Car parking is not available. Room Service needs improvement. It's a nice budget hotel.

Just a handful of rooms and only two staff to manage the guests. The hotel is just a floor in a complex close to a bus stand. The rooms, the bathroom and the linen are all lousy and dirty. Our's was the only family in the hotel, seemed more like single travelers walking in for a nights stay.

Stayed in Jetty Grand for one day, booked through Yatra.com. Here are the details of horrible experience: 1. At reception scanner is not working, they will take your Addhar Card and keep it for 4 hours to get that photocopied from out side. I had to tell them "Take a photo of my Aadhar Card and keep it for record" . Don't have basic common sense. 2. Room had a sipage and walls are totally damaged, putty is coming out. You can see the damp all across the room. 2. Electric Kettle were not cleaned and filled with Jira (Cumin Seeds), that means last guest used that and it was never cleaned. Maintenance are extremely poor. 3. Masks from pervious guests were lying on the Almira. Just imagine how much risky it was to stay in that hotel. 4. Stayed in 2nd Floor. No light on the 2nd Floor and you need ON your MObile Torch to go through the passage. 5. Next day morning was enquiring for breakfast and found a CAT is sucking the plates, cups and utensils at the kitchen. 6. While checking out Front Desk said we did not have a confirm booking even after I we have given Yatra Confirmation Booking ID and also forwarded the confirmation email to Jetty Grand. They said internet is down at hotel so there is a delay is receiving the email (I mean are we living in stone ages) There is no way I could give a negative marking otherwise I would have given that.

Hotel looks good, interiors were neat and simple. From outside, it may seem a little old but comfortable. Service was excellent and connectivity to other places of the city was good. It is a budget hotel too
