Staff are polite and accomodative. Rooms need better lighting. Restaurant does not have a menu selection. Have to be content with what is offered. Hotel will have great potential if regular upkeeps are done and maintained well.

Reviewed By Trail21551376180Initially in second floor, but couldn't sleep due intolerable noise from 3rd floor where the terrace cafe is located. Told that it's due to the rearrangement of tables after 10pm..Based on insisting, shifted to 1st floor. Booking and it's changes are only thru call center. No App or not thru front office. But Call center is supportive especially Ms. Pragati. Breakfast is not up to the mark, very meagre and service too is poor. Restaurant is good, but crowded too and advance booking is needed in certain days. Front office Maam is very friendly & supportive.
