Very frustrating and not accommodating - Lost my money
Reviewed By gonapaWe prepaid for our stay. When we arrived we couldn’t get to the parking area to take the boat that would take us to the island. The hotel staff told us over the phone to take a road in the beach that was flooded by the high tide (which they knew) and we got stuck, as the water started to rise again. When I called for further instructions they sent a tractor to help, which I had to pay. They also told me that I wouldn’t be able to leave the next day if the tide was high and that the boat stops at 6pm. I would have to pay extra to leave after 6pm. We communicated to them that we would like to be transferred to another Hotel inland, to which they refused, despite their welcoming email stating that they would accommodate in case someone couldn’t make it due to “bad seas”. We asked the tractor to tow us back to safety and now are trying to have our money back. So far, they have not answered our email. It could be a great vacation, if we only knew that we should drive a 4x4 or have a submarine. Check the weather and sea reports before you embark in this adventure. ....to be continued....

Reviewed By nicolecristineO atendimento da pousada foi excelente, a moça super atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã incluso é uma delícia. Porém existiram alguns pontos que me chatearam, como a água para tomar banho e escovar os dentes que tinha cheiro muito ruim e os travesseiros que poderiam ser melhores. Algo muito ruim foram os outros hóspedes que não colocavam limites em seus filhos, que estavam jogando pedras na piscina, e como as portas são vazadas dava para ouvir tudo muito alto do quarto.

Essa foi nossa segunda experiência na pousada e novamente inesquecível. Atendidos pelo Paulo, proprietário da pousada, que recebe juntamente com sua esposa o seu hóspede como se fosse parte integrante de sua família. Local, atendimento e estadia de excelência. Parabéns pelo empenho, bom gosto e prestatividade...Grato também a Solange pela atenção dada nas informações e processo da reserva. Voltaremos !!!

Reviewed By Veronica CAdorei a estadia. Perto da praia da Guarda do Embaú e se quiser ir na Pinheira tbem dá ( um pouquinho mais longe). Café da manhã bom, com bolo sempre delicioso que o Jorge faz. Jorge gente muito boa, prestativo, sabe tratar bem o hóspede e tem o Beethoven (Beto??) o dog mais amado do mundo.

Pousada suja e dona mal educada

Chegamos na pousada no dia 23/01 pagamos tudo antes da entrada, ao entrar no quarto já achamos com cheiro forte de sujeira, mas por estarmos cansados decidimos passar a noite por ali mesmo. No banheiro haviam restos de sabonetes velhos dos antigos hóspedes, privada suja, panos e toalhas imundos e cheiro insuportável (principalmente na parte de cima do chalé) fazendo meus pais perderem o sono devido ao cheiro. Além disso nos serviram presunto azedo no café da manhã. Pela manhã decidimos comunicar a proprietária os motivos da mudança de pousada a mesma de imediato solicitou a presença da moça da limpeza e começou a discutir da nossa frente com a mesma, atitude completamente antiética e desrespeitosa, nos deixando completamente constrangidos. Informamos a nossa saída para a dona 1:30h antes do horário de check-out e a ANGELA MARIA que se intitula dona nós expulsou de lá dizendo que tínhamos que nos retirar rapidamente (mesmo com tudo pago, sem desconto, falando educadamente e antes do horário do check-out) a Ângela chegou gritando nós expulsando do local e brigando com o marido. Pousada extremamente suja e com preço caro, que não condiz com o serviço e instalação. Não recomendo.

Reviewed By cccss_curitibaQuarto limpo com pessoa de confiança, ar condicionado, cozinha equipada, estacionamento foi ampliado. Só precisa melhorar o uso da lavanderia (compartilhada hóspedes com limpeza) e a abertura das janelas (são maximoar e não param abertas).
