Amazing beds and pillows so comfy . Bonus because we need a good night's sleep. Rooms kept spotless and all staff friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast with lots of options liked the Greek touches and fresh herbs. Mamma does nice eggs her job! Went to the beach over the road far from the maddening crowd take your sunbeds. Nice cocktails in bar etc hope to return again. Thank you Elenia x

Perfect view from our room!

Maybe the best view from a room we've ever stayed in. The room was comfortable and the aircon was good. The staff were great, friendly, informal, couldn't do enough for you. The pool was an added bonus as getting in the sea can be a bit of challenge. Really enjoyed our stay.

An amazing hotel, worth visiting for sure!

Reviewed By 26Sheppey

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Korina for 10 nights, returning home yesterday. From the minute we checked in until we checked out yesterday we loved every minute at the hotel. We would totally recommend to anyone who is considering visiting to visit as you will not regret booking this lovely hotel. The hotel is owned and run by Dimitris and Sofia with help from their lovely family and staff who all made us feel very welcome, from the moment we checked in until we left for home. We were made to feel like friends, which was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We were given lots of useful information about places to visit during our holiday from Sofia, Dimitris and the many returning guests, many who have visited numerous times, which demonstrates how great the hotel is. Rooms We were very pleased with our room which we paid to upgrade, an amazingly comfortable bed. The room was very clean, with fresh towels every 2-3 days. There is no lift at the hotel so if you have mobility issues it might be worth requesting a ground floor room. Food/Drink The breakfast was very good with many different choices, both hot and cold, all replenished frequently. We ate in the hotel at lunchtime and what ever we ordered was delicious. There was a very good selection of spirits which were poured generously from the Olive Tree Bar every night by Dimitris, they even had pink gin, so this was a big vote winner from me. My husband enjoyed the beer which was served in ice cold glasses, very welcome after a hard day in the sun! We loved the evenings at the bar as there was always a friendly welcome from Dimitris and Sofia, plus we met lots of lovely people there for a chat- Pauline and Alan, Pat and Mike, John and Liz, the Manchester Ladies, and the many other people we chatted to, thank you for your company. We ate dinner in the many different Tavernas along the beachfront, all within a 10-15 minute walk, Krambousa, Green Sea and Korali were our favourites. Beach/Pool The pool area is lovely, very clean, with sun beds which were not reserved at silly o’clock, there were plenty of sun beds at anytime of the day. The pool is a good size for swimming with a shallow end for children. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and worth visiting. You don’t have to pay for the use of the beds/umbrellas as long as you buy a drink from the Taverna where the beds are situated, You can also use the toilet facilities. The beach is sandy with lovely warm water. Excursions We hired a jeep for 2 days, arranged by the hotel, and had a great couple of days exploring the Island. We drove to the top of the Ipsarion mountain which was worth the 2 hour drive along the hairpin roads as the views were magnificent, but if you are not a confident driver Tui also have an excursion there. The Korina is a lovely hotel with such friendly owners and staff who make everyone’s holiday a memorable one and we will definitely be returning. A special thank you to Athina, who together with Sofia and Dimitris, looked after us brilliantly. Thank you so much.

A puzzling experience…

Reviewed By L5040BPstellat

We have booked a room with my mother for 3 days and after we had reached the hotel we were informed that we were about to collect our things and change rooms after the first night. But this was ok .. Although the swimming pool is a very beautiful view upon one's arrival and the thing we decided to enjoy in our first afternoon, it was full of children jumping around and playing ball with their parents, something quite annoying for its size. But this was ok… Breakfast was something really pleasant and enjoyable since it was in a great variety- fruit, eggs, coffees , nuts etc- all extremely tasty for a morning meal, even for the insects of the area!! - bees and flies that were also enjoying them since nothing was sealed and protected under a lid.?? But this was still ok … The room change took place only to check that the new TV channels were out of signal - the lid on the toilet bin was broken and had to be always open - the shower had a strange old fashioned -always for my eyes- design on which the tiles were in downhill and had a sliding shape without a curtain or glass to stop the running water- But this was ok (.??) A very baffling experience for the price and pictures that gained my booking. A pleasant and totally laughing sharing experience in a beauuuuuutiful northern Greek island. Does vial thanks to Great Georgia- a powerful, extremely kind and 100% experienced hotel staff! ?? And THIS IS OK??
