櫃檯服務很糟，很不環保
Reviewed By auslv櫃檯蠻糟的，冷氣冷說是中央空調不能調，明明開關就在後面，全部牙刷，拖鞋礦泉水免洗用品用品，櫃檯還會在你剛轉身用氣音不知道在說什麼，房間狹小連椅子都沒有，整個cp值沒有麻雀居高，結果單價比麻雀居還貴，畢竟地點也不方便 This hotel is famous for horrible service, front desk not so kind.The location is not so convenient to the city.

Reviewed By jeanniewang2016距離一中商圈步行5分鐘，距離南投客運也算近，可以很輕易的將日月潭的行程納入兩天一夜的行程；房間小巧精美，如果是習慣帶自己毛巾/牙刷等等備品旅行的人，因為沒有使用到房間內的備品，還可以拿去櫃檯歸還時，得到折抵環保商品的部分費用，我直接換了一個絲瓜菜瓜布喔~ 蠻特別的。

Reviewed By Felix W旅館沒有接待處，時間到就會有職員出現帶到房間。房間大門密碼每天都會更改，保安性高。房間乾淨整潔。位置極近一中街夜市，完全不用擔心宵夜問題。樓下有便利店，附近亦很多公車站。中友百貨亦在5分鐘腳程內。

Reviewed By lo1622ve一進門有股很重的味道，不怎麼好聞。 整體感偏老舊，隔音很差，隔壁小孩哭聲很有臨場感，但可以帶毛小孩入住還有商旅斜對面就是一家不錯的日式餐廳是優點外，應該不會再次考慮入住。

Reviewed By fragilefish門口設在橫街內，不太好找，而且晚上附近較靜。因為是宿舍類型，聯繫職員大多只靠手機。但房間內配套跟一般酒店相約，隔音不錯，私隱度高。綜合價格考慮是不錯的選擇。
