Lovely family resort
Reviewed By Patrycja NPerfect location, close to city center 10 min walk. You can take one of the little electronic taxis 5pln per person. The beach is literally 2 min walk from the hotel, although it isn't the main beach we found it was better as it wasn't as populated. The breakfast was spectacular! Always fresh( for anyone coming from UK, you'll actually get to taste how fresh bread, eggs, Fish, meat and sausages are supposed to taste like...its so good!). High variety of choices. The early bird gets the worm;) otherwise there isn't much left in the last 30 minutes. The staff were lovely. Always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families travelling with kids. There is a HUGE yard with swings & slides. There is a massive trampoline and an air hockey table. There are also many picnic tables so you can enjoy a pint outside whilst the kids are playing. The hotel is dog friendly!!! Rooms are big, beds are comfy and spacious. The bathroom was also big and clean, although we had to wait 10 minutes to flush the toilet the 2nd time around. One thing that could use improvement was the decor of the rooms. They are a bit outdated. And no fridge :( Poor wifi connection, none of our phones were always connected (3 phones total). Only laptop but it kept disconnecting due to poor service. But honestly you won't find anything better for that price in Poland. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to see a real beautiful Polish seaside! *keep in mind it isn't Miami or Dubai where you will have luxury all around.

Wybraliśmy apartament ale na 3 dni było to po konsultacji recepcjonistki z właścicielką niemożliwe .Ostatecznie zatrzymaliśmy się w pokoju, właśnie w obiekcie Apollo - trzyosobowy z widokiem na bramę wjazdową . Pokój duży , łazienka mała, b. skromna . W czerwcu przy dobrej w tym roku pogodzie nie był czynny sklep , restauracja , świetlica . Życzymy sukcesów. Do morza 10 minut. Trudno polecić.

POLARIS - is a modern facility, located in a quiet, recreational part of Krynica. Situated on the banks of the Vistula Lagoon and 10 minutes walk to the beach. We offer comfortable rooms for 2, 3, 4 persons, apartments, family rooms and cottages. They are equipped with bathroom, TV, refrigerator, toiletries, towels, some in hairdryer. Most of the rooms have balconies overlooking the Vistula Lagoon. There is a swimming pool and sunbathing area. In the extensive garden there are barbecue areas, artificial turf fields, basketball courts, outdoor gym, table football, ping pong. Children can enjoy well-equipped playgrounds, numerous toys and a trampoline. We provide beach screens, deck chairs, Nordic walking sticks, bicycles, baby cots, etc. The hotel provides excellent buffet meals - breakfast, dinner and 24 hours - juices, tea and coffee.

Reviewed By tessangoder67Don’t even want to give one star! This was one of the worst I ever seen. First we got an email where they had cancelled our reservation but still charged our bank card. After hours trying to sort we were promised to get the room we booked and got charged for, when arriving to the hotel, we did not get the room standard payed for. They did not want to help out what so ever, after over one hour in the hotel we found a new room at another hotel and this hotel got us our money back in cash. The hotel was messy and dirty, the hotel owner was really treating the staff bad, she was also rude to us and did not want to talk to us. Can absolutely not recommend this hotel at all.

Would not recommend and would never go back!!!!
Reviewed By david1284There is no good things about this place. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Before ipening the window I had to remove spiders web.Despite being only an hour earlier been advised that check in is at 4 p.m and there is no exception as it is the hotel policy. If you think that you will be away from the hotel all day and only back in the evening and above issues does not bother you I can only advice that you are wrong in case of this hotel. There was no towels in the room and once provided I had the biggest laugh ever. (picture attached).Not sure why they charge so much for the room of such a bad quality.
