Reviewed By mohany68First of all I would rate the hotel and experience minus zero 4th we did check in hopes of staying at 3star hotel in vijayawada but the experience was cut off as there was no room available Do not have habit of pre registration of arrival and checking of arrivals for the day Mr.Sandeep gave us a room which was terrible termite infestation no dressing mirror no bathroom lock Worst and worst linen on the bed was stained we kept ourselves quiet as kid was tired with journey we just tried to get through the night but terrible was yet to be heard some one shouting at corridoor drunk our sleep was lost at 2am. The next day we were prepared ourselves to visit vijayawada temple before leaving hotel informed reception to have room shifted as we were unhappy with the room given and they gave a twin room requested for king-size bed denied as it is not our package as we requested clearly on yatra.com we want king bed This room was better but dusty linen is like horrible stains were through out we had put on our bed sheets our own to sleep on Ac was working but no display of temperature No remote back covers No room cleaning Corridors back areas had used crockery and soiled food stinking Bathtowels were grey but it was supposed to be white I suspect it's been washed at some dhobi ghat not in professional laundry No menu card Overall as a hotel there is no procedure and protocol No Reg card and no bill for staying as we booked online No sanitizing Facilities at the hotel were not explained if we use or do not use how would you then upsell your product No warmth at the hotel Some images near lift so divine even that was also kept dirty Hotel management students girls at reception absolutely no warmth and No Public relations Sandeep is day in and out saw him sleeping at the lobby sofas almost everyday morning Lobby sofas were filthy We did not use anything at the hotel as nothing was explained to us Sad to say it's not a star hotel it's a lodge Online rates were extremely high this is the feedback from professional hotelier We stayed in 209 and 210 Checked out early morning 7th Please do not offer 209 for any guest its just not worth it is OOO out of order room Hotel managing owner FYKI and attention

How 3 star given we cannot understand. Cleanliness not up to the mark. Need to improve a lot for services. Restaurant will start after 8 am till then no coffee or tea.

Reviewed By AnilKumarChOne of the worst experiences of staying anywhere. They are a self-certified 4 star hotel, which technically may be true but they do not deserve even one. The staff are the worst experience after the room and sanitation failures. We called multiple times before we booked and everything they said turned out to be lies when we reached there and their excuse - they do not even know who answered the phone and gave the information. The front office was on his own ego trip and the only language that they understand is if you shout at them. The rooms are not tidy and honestly claustrophobic. The corridors were not lit to save on electricity ?? The restaurant has no social distancing.. there was a group of 100 guests arriving for a function and were roaming around with the guests.. we checked out before our time to spend the night on the road than sleeping in the hotel. If you want a comfortable stay for yourself or your family, do not consider this. If you like being surrounded by smells of alcohol and being rude, please go ahead. The food was the only saving grace which was good.

Unclean Rooms and Bad Service
Reviewed By Kishore NThey don't clean their bathrooms floors properly. They are slimy and very slippery. All my family members who stayed there were slipping in the bathroom. My father slipped and fell, and broke his arm. The service is also very bad. You have to call and ask for the same thing few times before they send it. When we told about the bathroom situation there was no reaction from the front desk people. They even had the audacity to ask us to pay for the bucket that broke when our dad fell. We asked for another bucket but they never even got it for us. One of the worst services I ever experienced. They seem to have good rating overall but if you read the reviews you will see that they are not really what they advertise to be. The rooms are tiny and most of the space in the room is taken by the bed. Most of the people that are giving good reviews to this place are talking about the food in the restaurant that's in the hotel but not the stay itself. Don't go by the fancy name.

unexpected and fortunately Great Hospitality
Reviewed By prudhvir2019As soon as I reached vijayawada , i started looking for hotels and most of them were far away from railway station, this is the only premium property pretty close and reviews were average but surprisingly they have received so well and the hospitality is so impressive that i have decided not to get carried away with some random reviews. however the rooms were spacious and had a peaceful stay. complete value for money.

Reception also does not respond to our calls and are very lazy. All other things are good at this hotel. Amenities and sleep in the room was very fine.
