Reviewed By LT_travelerrrNice hotel based in countryside near village. Breakfast great if you order. It was bit too hot in upper rooms, but ceiling windows helped. Restaurant not working so for dinner you should drive somwhere.

strange location but servis very good
Reviewed By atusiaI was informed that location is strange, but reality was over my expectations. But you forget it after entering and very nice welcome. Inside Ancient Egypt decoration with big statues, ornaments, details. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast like at home, fresh prepared, the Lady asking you what you want to eat. Rooms are clean, pretty big, bathroom too. Everyday fresh towels. Good Wi-fi.

Excellent hotel
Reviewed By Katgirl_2006We stayed in one of the long stay facilities which has been an excellent experience. The house is beautiful in a gorgeous quiet area of Kielce. Next to the Karczowka monastery. It was clean, newly refurbished and all the equipment you need was available such as a washing machine, hoover, ironing board and microwave. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and warm apple pie and this was just the beginning of the welcoming and friendly treatment we got from the owners. They went above and beyond their call of duty to make our stay a great one. We will not hesitate to stay at the Hotel Karczowka again when we come to Kielce and recommend it to anyone. Whether you are with a family or alone, they have a personal best approach for everyone's situation.

The walls are very thin so you hear everything The window opened onto a roof with a air condition compressor The bathroom was tiny but functional but didn’t smell as if it had been recently used Breakfast is served in the 4* star hotel next door which offers a good buffet selection WiFi was good and stable but work space limited No English programs on the TV

Friendly but noisy and breakfast is poor
Reviewed By Steph BThe staff are really nice here, and try to make an effort to speak English. The Ukranian waitress is excellent! The rooms have bathroom doors on them which means there are holes at the bottom for ventilation - this means you can hear every sound from the corridor and all other rooms - not great since the hotel cater for groups - everything from school children to trade fair and conference goers. Rooms have no kettles though they provide one if you ask. The restaurant has an old fashioned feel to it and the food is mediocre and worse if you are staying alone - then the choice of breakfast is reduced and even the toaster is taken away! Be aware that the house next door burn rubber to keep warm during winter months - do not open any windows! There is also a neighbourhood guard dog that barks nearly all night. The first room I stayed in had cigarette burns i the carpet and looked over a flat roof full of cigarette butts - avoid the central rooms at the front. The room I had at the back was much better but the fan fell off the wall in the bathroom when I was there. The rooms are mostly twin so don't expect a double bed. The surrounding area is a bit sparse - it looks as though the town is growing out in this direction but hasn't really become established. Not ideal for a first visit to Kielce - you can easily miss the beautiful centre and nice eateries there.

Reviewed By achpodrozeHotel to porazka. Obsluga bardzo kiepska, pani na recepcji opryskliwa, zachowuje sie jak sklepowa z GSU w latach 80. Po zgloszeniu niedogodnosci powiedziano mi, albym juz ich wiecej nie odwedzal. Laweczki na dworze poustawiane pod oknami innych pokoi, ludzie siedza, gadaja do pozna, pala papierosy pod oknem. Materace dla fakirow, czuc kazda sprezyne. Nie polecam, chyba ze ktos chce sie nabawic nerwicy i siniakow po spaniu na tych lozkach.
