Reviewed By ParogeralAs previous posts in Portuguese the high point are the people that work here, I ask for a three guests room with one child and they give me a room as you can see in post, at my stay there's no cleaning floor, the room door even open because clash with the bed, breakfast are OK with several options, car parking area is very tight you need to leave the key in the front desk to be possible move your car is some other needs to go out.

The employees are so nice and polite that make you feel at home. The restaurant is also wonderful and the price is quite good. They also have bikes and kayak to lend. The sunset at the river is just amazing!

A charming oasis
Reviewed By Luciane MWe LOVED our stay. The pousada is small, beautifully decorated, relaxing, and peaceful. Claudia (owner) is so friendly and helpful as is all the staff (big mention to Aline and Bebeto!!). Nothing was ever a problem. The food was good, and to be honest probably the best in the area. We ate out a few times but found we preferred the food at the pousada. We would order early and set a time to eat (before 9pm when kitchen closed) which was perfect with kids and also meant we could all drink. We explored the area but the best beach was Bintingui where the pousada is. Safe for the kids and beautiful at low tide. We even arranged some fishing off the beach at low tide with the son of the local sailor who took us to the pools (Claudia arranged it for us and we even got to see manatees in the world as a bonus!). My Girls loved it. The beach is a little slice of paradise. I think the negative reviews are really nit picking. We thought it was great value, the best beach, great location, lovely pousada and great friendly customer service. You can’t go wrong. Bonus that no one ‘reserved’ sun loungers like in Europe robin big hotels! Thoroughly recommend it! Muito obrigada Claudia!! Foi tudo maravilhoso!!

Reviewed By JAOliver1With a low expectations we went to restaurant of Yapara-tyba and we were surprised with a very delicious food. A amazing lobster very well cooked and a fair price. Love it the attendance were amazing and everything is perfect they have a nice environment to stay and enjoy.

Amazing experience midweek offseason with the place to ourselves!
Reviewed By Kenny353What a great find! Gorgeous location on a remote beach a few miles from the nearest village down a rickety cobbled street. We stayed midweek in September, there were perhaps three other rooms of the 48 occupied, we basically had the place to ourselves. This meant they didn't staff either of the two bars, though you could always get a drink if you asked at reception. It also meant personalised breakfast, a bountiful supply of fruits, breads, cakes and savouries, adjusted for any special requirements such as me as a vegetarian. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. In fact the maintenance of the whole place was extraordinary - there were usually two or three workers doing maintenance all the time, painting the eves, fixing the lights, mowing the lawn, sweeping the coconut flowers - the place is in phenomenally good condition thanks to the care taken by the property. Pool is nice, again maintained spotlessly. And the beach is lovely, and it's all yours - there's nothing for miles around. No wifi, which is pretty poor in 2018. That's the only complaint I can think of. Service was exemplary, my Brazilian friend said it's way better than you usually get in Brazil. As a same-sex couple we were treated with respect and no hint of prejudice. Just book yourself in here. Stay a few days, relax completely. We loved it.

Greek-style gem in Japaratinga!
Reviewed By bretk2013My wife and I stayed here the first week of February. What attracted us to this place was the gorgeous Greek island style of design of the place. When we arrived it got better and better. The owner, Fernando, runs a tight ship, but is loose enough to have a drink with you, or even dinner (he's a great conversationalist). The place is fairly new, having just opened in October of last year, where it caught a tough break because of the oil washing up on the beach at the time. But with all the other choices in area this was a great find. The room just the right amount of minimalism with accents of luxury. Everything worked, and everything was comfortable. The place is also got a great location - in a quiet location but a short drive to everything in the area. And the rates were quite reasonable - there are cheaper places in the area for sure, but as the old adage goes: you get what you pay for, and with Sollaris you get a great value.

The place was very well maintained and clean, the staff was really thoughtful and polite and the location was pretty good. Overall, the experience was excelente and we left wanting to stay for a few more days.

Paraiso dos Coqueirais is a typical brazilian "fazenda" at 150 mt from the beautiful "Salgado beach" in Japaratinga, lovely fisher's man village. The Hotel offer swimming-pool, wi-fi zone, private and free parking, a "belvedere" hill with a beatiful seight seen of the Atlantic Ocean, play-ground, games room and 31 apartments with private bathroom, mini-bar, Tv, Ar condicioned "Split" and a big balcony with where our guest could rest looking for the exuberant tropycal vegetation of the Paraiso dos Coqueirais.

Reviewed By VirginieweronHorrible food (breakfast and dinner), loud music at night (until 4 AM) and unhelpful reception staff, room not tied up for some shaky reasons. It is a pity as the location is fantastic and the infrastructure of the hotel is good and rooms are fine.
