This private area includes : - a Sauna to regenerate, - a shower to refresh yourself, - a lounge to relax.
We loved our 2 bedroom (king size bed & 1 set of small twin size beds) with 1 full bath. The room included a private patio and then had a large glass sliding door to the eat in kitchen and living room. Our oldest opted for the couch for a private space from her brother. The skylight was great for natural light. AC unit worked well as we cooled the space during day and didn't need to run it at night. Kitchen was well stocked as it had a few extras from the previous guests salt, salt, oil, vinager, plastic wrap. Plenty of dish detergent. the teenagers unplugged each night for the Foosball table. Breakfast is offered for 10 euros per person it was very plentiful as there was a variety of pastries and breads with homemade jams and jellies. Made to order eggs and a homemade vanilla yogurt along with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice. Half mile away was the bakery. Rarely heard anyone in the rooms around us. My favorite thing was sitting by the pool and listening to birds and nearby horses as this was on the edge of town and it was delightfully peaceful. Yet a short drive to Sete and its wonderful beaches and the larger city of montpellier. A true paradise.

My wife and I stayed for a 4 day long weekend. Marc and Etienne (and Jaja!) were superb hosts -the breakfasts in the courtyard were excellent - fa bowl of a variety of fresh fruits, croissants, coffee and a variety of other things available in the kitchen area. Whilst being some distance out from the city centre, this was easily accessed from the tram stop just a few minutes away. Similarly the coast was only a few miles away by car. The weather also made sure it was a very memorable weekend, hot with clear blue skies all the way! Most definitely recommended.

Charming hotel in front of the mediterranean sea. Room with balcony and sea view. 5 min walking from city center. 20 meters to the beach. Free Wifi. Air conditioned. dog allowed with extra. Free parking.
Nice hotell in a small French village by the Mediterranean sea.The lovely little hotel is situated just a street across from the beach, and few minutes walk from the reastaurants and bars. It is family driven, and they were very helpfull, kind and interested in the guests. We even got to park our motorcycles in their own private garage during the stay. Our room didn't have a balcony, but we had a stunning view from the window. We had had two bedrooms, and a very tiny bathroom, with a tiny shower. It was enough for us. We ate breakfast outside the hotel, but they have breakfast and it looked good. There was no elevator.

We stayed for 11 nights at this motel in room 40 at the first floor. We booked in March this year direct with the hotel, however we got a room in the corner with limited privacy on the terrace and just over the utility room with washingmachine(s) that would wake us up at 06:15 every morning. The room also looked totally different from the rooms shown on the hotelwebsite as ours was very dated. We askes at the reception 3 times for another room and were told "the hotel was fully booked". Most guest stayed for shorter periods and it would have been not too difficult to give us another room. When checking-out I mentioned the noice every morning and was told this could not be correct because nobody was there at that time. (In our room was a form filled out by a previous guest with the same complaint) The motel has all the potential to be a real great place and I don't understand, why allocate a non refurbished room to an early booker that books direct with the hotel. Why is there no fridge in the room to put in some cold drinks to enjoy on the terrasse when overlooking the lake. The noice in the room at 06:15 gets denied. The vieuw is splendid, the beds are good, the food in the restaurant is good, the pool is big and clean. Some of the staff could be more attentive and some speak good and others poor or no english.

We spent a Saturday and Sunday night in the hotel. Our welcome was warm and efficient and the lovely old building was full of charm. Our room was large and fairly well furnished, as was the bathroom. The small pool and garden were nice places to relax and my wife really enjoyed her massage. However, even allowing for the fact that COVID had forced changes on breakfast service, this was a disappointment. Breakfast had to be ordered on a form the previous night, and then had to be collected from the kitchen and carried up two flights of stairs to our room. Fair enough under the circumstances. I did not expect, in a room costing close to €200 per night to be asked to return the tray to the kitchen. We were also surprised to find that there was no housekeeping, the room was not made up and we had to reuse wet towels. On the Sunday, there was no receptionist on duty and we had only been given one entry key, so my wife had to wait on the pavement while I drove the car the 250 yards to the car park and walked back. Neither were we given a breakfast order form, which will delay our planned departure. Disappointing, because these are simple things to get right.

Sonia and Sylvain run a delightful establishment in this pretty village devoted to wine making. Apart from one restaurant, every other business in the village is dedicated to wine making. There are no conventional shops! The rooms at Le Mimosa are generally spacious and well appointed in a rustic style. Breakfasts are excellent with fresh fruit as well as the usual bread, croissants etc. Sylvain makes his own jams etc for the breakfast. Only one minor gripe, it would have been good to have hot milk with the otherwise excellent breakfast coffee. Sylvain also produces his own wines. We tried his rose and red which were both excellent. Some evenings he produces an excellent Table D'Hote. He was offering this on only one evening while we there. When this is not available and the restaurant opposite is closed (on Monday and Tuesday evenings), it's necessary to drive into one of the neighbouring villages or into the nearest town, Clermont L'Herault. Sonia and Sylvain are excellent hosts and it really feels like staying as part of the family.

What a wonderful weekend at Serjac. The warm welcome we received when we arrived set the tone for the entire weekend. It was a splendid occasion...a wedding of close friends. The service of the staff, the food service, the wonderful terrace dining and bar, the estate overall made for a delightful experience. A simply splendid location, with a caring and welcoming staff, wonderful accommodations, good food, and the overall sense of hospitality and enjoyment experienced made our weekend very memorable.

This is such a stunning hotel. The artwork, the bar, the courtyard and the rooms are all magnificent. The location is in the heart of the old town and everywhere is within walking distance. We stayed in room 4.However, we had to be moved the following day, as it was very noisy and light. Our second room was room 8 which was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and professional. One downside , which is a little odd for a hotel of this class , is that they use shower curtains instead of a glass panels in the shower area. Also the toilet seat didn’t match the WC. All in all we would return and stay here again.
