This hotel was one of the best stays during our visit to the Balkan. Suzana and her husband were great hosts. Hats off to being the perfect hosts - always available but never overwhelming. The location was PERFECT! It is right by the crooked bridge and is within a short walking distance to the restaurants and the famous old bridge. Tucked away from the Main Street to ensure a good night's sleep while being close to all the actions. The room was renovated with everything you’d need - Nice shower, strong wifi, and a comfy bed. Parking was available on site for 5 euros. Highly recommended!!

The best place in town

I stayed at Villa Harmony for a few nights. I am extremely pleased with the kindness of the hosts, cleanliness, and service. The breakfast was great. Villa Harmony has its own parking which is a plus, as well as wifi, which I used for business conversations. From the hotel to the city you need only a few minutes, and the best thing is the view. From your window or balcony, you can see the whole Sarajevo which is breathtaking. I will definitely be back again.

Great location for the tourist sites

Reviewed By cantab17

This hotel is a great location, right next to the Old town in Sarajevo - you can visit all the main sites in 10 minutes walking. Room was pleasant but the temperature inside was very warm (heating stuck on). Breakfast spread is large but the food quality isn’t great. Would stay again but don’t expect to be wowed by this hotel.

Outstanding attention and care!

Reviewed By sg_luks

The attention and care of the hostess/owner is amazing!!! I don't know her name but she will help you in any way possible. She called us taxis whenever we needed. She let us leave our bags at the reception for as long as we wanted. She personally looked for a PCR test lab ON A SUNDAY, so that we could travel safely to Belgrade on the next day. And the cherry on top was that we couldn't find any available taxis so SHE DROVE US HERSELF TO THE BUS STATION!!! And wouldn't even take the money for the cost of the ride. The place looks nice and clean, plus it has a lovely view of the river. The breakfast was pretty decent, they give you coffee/tea and cereals at first but you can pick one of six more nutritious options (omelette, sausages, etc) from the menu they give you. The location is pretty comfortable, only three blocks away from the Old Town and the points of interest for tourists. The only thing that would need more attention was the bathroom ventilation, it already had a humid smell when we got there. Aside from that, everything went great. Would defined pick it again.

Great little hotel

Reviewed By Barbara_A462

We stayed three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. About a five minute walk away from the chaotic Old Town, Villa Anri was a quiet refuge. We were welcomed with a choice of drinks, enjoyed the private terrace (room 301, but remember there’s no elevator) and a basic, but tasty breakfast. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful with dining recommendations, finding a local ATM, arranging for local tours and a driver for our onward destination of Sarajevo, and providing some TLC one day when my husband had a cold — those instructions for medication in a foreign language can be tricky. Stay here,

Amazing staff, top service, highly recommend

Reviewed By EvieWonder78

My parents found themselves at this hotel due to a medical emergency that meant they had to unexpectedly stay in the town for 10 days. The staff (especially Tanja on reception) were incredible. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure they were well looked after, bringing my dad food and helping him with navigation and translation while my mum was in hospital. When released, they arranged transport back to the hotel, made a complete fuss of my mum, and even gave them a special Easter meal. Above and beyond all the help and support they received, my parents loved the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was good and English was spoken. It was well placed in the town, a few hundred meters from the Old Town, the bridge, and a supermarket. Thank you Tanja and everyone for taking such good care of my parents, they will never forget your kindness.

I’ve spent 4 days with my son at Gagro’s, and we felt like home. Milenco and his wife are lovely hosts: so welcoming, they always have good advices for you, and tasty figues and melon freshly picked from their garden. It’s a bit far from Medjugorje church by feet, but 7 minutes by taxi/bus. Good average for money. Thanks Gargo family for this memorable stay
