Reviewed By buciIstanbulAn old mansion turned into a hotel. Small rooms, courtyard turned into a restaurant, so was a little chilly in the mornings and evenings. No elevators thus not suitable if you have physical problems. The food was below average, so was the service. However the location is very nice.

Rude Staff and Con
Reviewed By Sakipkarai had book my reservation via airbnb and made a full payment. Following day i recieved a message from the owner "there is an error on airbnb and there is no avaible room on the booked day" thats it. no apology no solution to offer, just a message via airbnb. well, phoned them to talk about the issue and they were so rude on the phone. eventho its their own false otel didnt want to cancel reservation. i contacted to airbnb but they were so slow. since there is 24 hours window for free cancellation; i will have to cancel the reservation myown and i wont get the service free from airbnb.

Reviewed By Ianto999Spent a week here whilst working in Amasya, beautifully decorated immaculately clean hotel, very comfortable and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms, nice restaurant and outdoor terrace. Family who own and manage the hotel are lovely, cannot do enough for their guests. Look forward to returning.

Wonderful views from balcony on bank of river
Reviewed By Margie CAmasya is spectacular. Heavy with Turkish tourists surprisingly few foreign tourists. We inspected numerous hotels on the riverside and avoided those above or near restaurants because of the noise. Hasirci offered a large clean room with a balcony over the river at a very reasonable rate (TL170 low season?). great breakfast and mostly friendly staff. The setting was so good and the tourists attractions so good we stayed and extra night. We walked up to the citadel on the very top of the mountain above via the back road - some kilometres but superb.

The first impression before I step in was that "I need to find another place and forget about the refund!" The neighborhood did not look anything like where a nice place maybe as it is narrow and not touristic. But, I thought let me give it the benefit of a doubt and peak inside while my family wait for me in the car. A backup plan was already forming in my head for an alternative place to stay. As soon as I took the first step in, that thought disappeared. Once you are inside the garden, you feel like you are in a historic country house. Even the weather seemed nicer in the garden than right out of the door! I walked in and found out that they have only 4 rooms where we booked 3 out of them (family of 6) The room was just as beautiful and actually I regretted staying for one night only. Yes it is old and historic. Yet newly renovated where it is a unique mixture between history and new. Actually I double checked the booking process as I felt it is way under charged when I actually seen it. This is when I realized it is also including breakfast. Now breakfast was way above my expectations as I would pay pretty close to the total charge just for a breakfast of this quality and atmosphere (Garden served). I don't like not mentioning improvement pointers, so here it goes: 1 - Parking would be nice if it is actually a parking lot and not in the street with half of the car on the curb. 2 - Screens on the windows to prevent bugs coming in during the night (we had to use the AC to keep mosquitos out) 3 - Window blinds to totally cut out the sun light - I can't sleep when the sun is out. Other than this it is just perrrrfect!

Reviewed By 1973LYSI got the room in the corner which offered beautiful view of Amasya Castle, King's Rock Tombs, Yaliboyu Evleri and the bustling street! The view was different during the day and at night - it was like staying in the hotel for two different periods of time. Location wise is very strategic, it is within walking distance to interesting places, shops, restaurants, cafes, and . The hotel has its own restaurant which had (although limited) vegetarian options include mezzes. Clean hotel with marked of social distancing plus the disinfectant in several spots.

Reviewed By semihkumlukThe hotel cancelled my reservation at a peak season with no explanation. Probably they are increasing the prices. I cannot find another spot due to their bad operations and their greed. Not recommended to anybody.
