I booked the 2 hour treatment with hamam, massage and facial, The manager Yuksel went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the service. The therapist was absolutely amazing and felt relaxed before my flight. I would highly recommend this place.

The trees were beautiful 2500 pine trees and lots of friendly cats everywhere with a clean pool. Entertainment team was very good they have a lot of fun activities in the day and different programmes at night time that you can enjoy. Especially thank you for Dilan we spent a good time with her doing aqua gym and darts with her. Umut and dilan so friendly and polite. We will be back ☺️

Reviewed By yorkshireyellowPro’s Location: set in woodland at the foot of a spectacular mountain range, the site is bounded at one end by the Med. A very impressive location. Food: Generally good, with freshly prepared local dishes, along with more generic staples. Our favourites included a range of kebabs, roasted aubergine, and Turkish pizza, but there were many other dishes to try. Staff: Generally very friendly and efficient. By the end of our first week we were being brought our favourite drinks without even asking for them - top marks for the bar staff. Cons Russians: Where to start with these people? As a nation they must be the most dour human beings on the planet. Why come on holiday if you act like you’re in the gulag! This wouldn’t normally matter, but they seem to make up about 70% of the guests here, and that really has a big impact on your experience. In addition most of them smoke - have they not heard of lung cancer? Therefore passive smoking cannot be avoided. Accommodation: The holiday rep candidly described it as ‘rustic’. What that translates into is very outdated decor with poor levels of maintenance and cleaning. Mind you, with the amount of smoking breaks the cleaners have, I’m surprised they get time for any actual work. The main complaint would be the levels of soundproofing in the walls - there isn’t any. It’s as though your neighbours are in the same room. You can hear everything they say and do, and I mean everything... Noise: If you like it loud then you’re in for a treat. It’s everywhere on this long narrow site. From your neighbour’s discussions through the paper thin walls to the speeding bin lorries which hammer down the service road at 6am. Then there’s the incessant din from the main swimming pool, and then the thumping generic europop which pervades the whole site - often until midnight - perfect when your kids should be asleep. The knock on effect is grumpy kids - just what you need on holiday. I almost forgot the fireworks - with late night displays most nights. So just when you’ve dropped off after listening to your neighbour’s drunken Russian jabbering, the loud explosions start. Don’t expect much sleep! It’s not realistic to expect total silence during the twilight hours - people will always act anti-socially - especially it seems if you like your vodka neat with your borscht. But when they built these shanties, sorry I mean apartments, did they not consider a delivery (from the Turkish version of Wickes) of sound insulation. You get more privacy in a tent. The ‘beach’: I grew up in seaside town with a superb long sandy beach - I know a beach when I see one. This is not a beach, it’s a man-made pile of sandy rubble, which actually leaves dirty marks on feet, hands, clothes, etc. Wifi: It’s not free like it said in the printed sheet we were given by Thomas Cook. Don’t buy it - it doesn’t work - what a rip off! When we complained and asked for a discount the reception staff where rude and unwilling to consider it. Customer service in the Champion Holiday Village is very poor. Summary At times it can be really lovely here, but overall it’s a below par 3 star at most - and certainly not the 4 star (heart) given by Thomas Cook - this is misrepresentation pure and simple. We met several guests who shared our experiences and like them we will never return.

Reviewed By 338majiddI asked 5 time from the reception to bring a kettle and coffee to my room but nobody cares here. Some of the staffs are rude, however , most of them are polite. Breakfast and lunch are not good at all.

Łazienka w stanie tragicznym. Pleśń i grzyb. Tak mała że kiedy korzystasz z toalety praktycznie jesteś pod prysznicem. Meble się rozpadają. W tym hotelu nie ma bufetu tylko kucharz nakłada ci całe jedzenie. Jeżeli nie przyjdziesz zaraz po otwarciu restauracji to nic nie zjesz. Nie dokładają jedzenia. Wybór jest bardzo mały.Na lunch i dinner ciągle ryż i makaron do tego potrawka z jakiejś mielonki z ziemniakami i marchewką.Raz Gulasz miał być z kurczaka a był z pokrojonej wątróbki.Jak chciałeś dokładkę to kucharz mówi że nie starczy dla wszystkich (all-inclusive w tym hotelu).Na deser codziennie tylko budyń i budyń.Drinki w tym hotelu to tragedia. Dostępne są vodka ,ouzo,gin (ale nie ma tonic) piwo i wino (też zabrakło).A płacisz za all-inclusive. Na plaży leżaki połamane. Właściciele oszczędzają na wszystkim. Na alkoholu napojach jedzeniu czy remontach. Czyli na gościach. A goście płacą za all-inclusive w 3* hotelu a dostają standard 1*.Wystarczy przeczytać stare komentarze . Nic się nie zmieniło na lepsze w tym hotelu. Nie dajcie się nabrać na pozytywne komentarze. it was our 14th all inclusive holiday and we haven't been to such a horrible hotel yet. And we were 3 * in Turkey, Tunisia and Egypt, so we have a comparison. The all inclisive option is practically non-existent. There is no alcohol choice. There is no whiskey, rum, vermoth, cava (prosecco) colorful cocktails. There is only vodka, ouzo and gin, beer and wine. There is gin but no tonic and after 2 days of asking they bought 1 bottle of 1 liter. There are no light drinks and apart from sprite and cola nothing. The food is served, although in the descriptions of travel agencies it says that there is a buffet. There is no choice of food and the amount is also negligible, so you have go on a meal as soon as they start serving because later nothing left and it's hard to get more. Meat was twice for dinner for a week - roasted chicken legs - otherwise is some kind of stew with more vegetables, some leftovers and bones than meat. There are no afternoon and evening snacks, though they are in the description of the hotel. Even when we asked for cookies for afternoon coffee - there is not and will not be. Staff practically speaks only Russian so communicating in another language is a challenge. The bartender refuses to make a drink before 10 pm when he sees that you have not drunk yet - I'll do it when you drink this one - this is what all inclusive looks like. And no chance to get 2 drinks. The bartender is waiting after 22 to guests pay for it. Breakfast almost every day is a baguette (only bread), eggs, vegetables from previous meals, 1 kind cheese, 1 kind feta cheese, tomato. No croissants, no pancakes, no toast or anything sweet, no hot chocolate, no mocha or latte. The photos speak for themselves. If you do not want to gain weight and do not drink alcohol during the all inclusive program, this hotel is for you. Unfortunately, in the hotel, they save on guests first. Wi-fi only in the reception area and disconnects constantly. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Horrible accomodation
Reviewed By 953azergAbsolutely worst accomodation ever. It looks, smells and offers entertainment like prison or army barracks from the 50s. Filthy beds, life threathning electric instalation, lack of warm water. Surrounding streets and beach are equaly creepy. Beach is swamped with large amount of garbage of all kind. Wifi only works in lobby, if there is not too many people using it. Thank you Centrotours BiH for giving us this horrible expirience

Great relaxing vacation
Reviewed By Anna KExcellent hotel if you want a relaxing vacation with many sports activities, swimming or just relaxing on the beach or near to the pool. Animation is quiet but if you want you could be engaged in it the whole day, starting from 9 am yoga and finishing with 4 pm volley. Great and new SPA centre, cool gym. You definitely need to take a Turkish peeling on the first days of your stay, great tan garanteed. I want to thank especially Cem, the physiotherapist from the SPA centre, and the yoga instructors: they did wonders with my sore back. The hotel itself is quite new and clean, the territory is green and well-maintained. Lot of places to relax. If you stay near to pool on the beach sofas, the staff will instantly bring you snacks, fruits, ice cream, and drinks. Good choice of food, both Turkish and European. In the last few days, it looked like the high season was started, and the best spots at the pool and on the pear became hard to get. I will definitely go back again.
