The person who manned the information desk at CDG Terminal 2E took the time to go over every aspect of our arrival with accurate information about Metro and Paris Museum passes, location of the car rental desk and finding our way to the proper exit to meet our shuttle bus.

I found the Tourist Information Desk very helpful. The woman answered all of my questions in English, and helped me purchase metro and museum passes for our stay. Very kind and efficient! A nice place to get the basic information before heading into the tourist activity of Paris.
