Still here after 6 years. Started as a bootcamp member and it was the best decision. I have been doing CrossFit about a year now. I was always intimidated by the bars, still have a love/ hate relationship when it comes to certain moves but there is plenty of other exercises and modifications when you have one of those days that the bar feels heavier. I love it- have all ages and different goals. My goal is to stay healthy and keep being motivated each day. It is FUN!!! Building great friendships is a bonus. If you don’t show up someone is going to check on you after a few days for sure. Each member has their own 10x10 space to work out to keep a safe distance. Great coaches to work with you for any questions/ issues or workout routine. What is more important than your physical and mental health anyways?

We brought our lunch and ate by the waterfall. Not crowded and took 20 minutes to stroll around the park. Lots of shade and a playground for the kids.

Huge park with excellent air conditioned building to cool off. Nice bathrooms, two seperate playgrounds. It is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the play area. In the summer they have fountains to play in, although they are sometimes broken or set on too high so not always great for babies.

Village Golf Club

Located in the heart of the Palm Beaches less than 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, Village Golf Club is a championship par 72 golf course with eighteen newly renovated greens and a beautiful new clubhouse. The golf course is set on 175 acres of lush South Florida terrain. The Village Golf Club course plays just under 6,900 yards from the back tees and just over 5,000 yards from the forward tees. The golf course is challenging for most golfers, but with five sets of tee boxes the course can be enjoyed by all levels of golfers. Along with a great golf course, a full length grass driving range, a practice putting green and a practice chipping green with two sand bunkers. Stop by the 19th hole for a drink at the bar or to grab a sandwich after your round of golf.

While Village gets a large crowd of regulars, it is off the beaten path for many. There is a clubhouse, with a small but well stocked pro shop, and a restaurant for lunch. The outdoor patio is very pleasant to sit and have a drink after a round of gold. The course is in very good shape, and is quite challenging. Lots of water holes and tree hazards. The greens are tricky. There is also a driving range, pitching hole and sand trap for practice. The attendants are all very friendly and helpful
