The castle is the main and almost unique attraction of the city.
The staff is rude, does not speak English or pretends they don´t speak.
I asked for a ticket to visit the museum of the castle.
The lady who answered me sold a billet for a crafts market and not the museum.
The museum was closed and an official said in German .;
And I could not understand why was closet because I speak basic German ;
I went back and asked the lady clerk to return the money of the ticket and she refused, although I said that was noto interested in crafts market but in the museum.
A visit to the castle is for Germans.Foreigners are not welcome.
Treat foreigners with contempt.and disdain.
Neuburg is small, has little to see
The castle is beautiful, but not too much and not worth it

Dieser Platz ist von schönen Barockbauten umgeben. An einem normalen Wochentag ist nicht viel los, aber an Wochenenden dafür um so mehr.

We did not have enough time to fully explore and enjoy the schloss and the surrounding town. Preparations were being made for the bi-annual Renaisance festival which is held over two weekends. The atmosphere was electric and the palace was central to all the festivities. It is beautifull restored and a the parts of it that we were able to see were fascinating and the information provided was excellent. The Chapel within the Schloss was of particular interest. It is a place that we would like to return to and spend more time.

This is a beautiful parish church built in the baroque style. Relics from St Vincent are below some side altars.
