Just visited the Spring on 3/5/2020. Apparently it is a good idea to have a reservation, but I lucked out because it was not too busy as I was there mid-week and was able to get in. The price was a reasonable $20 for an all day pass. The staff were very friendly and helpful and just wonderful to interact with, The locker room (they provide keys to a locker) was clean and had a spa feel. The spring "pool" has easy access steps in the shallow end and also several ladders. Shallow end is about 4 feet and the deep end is 8 feet deep. The hot water enters in the deep end so that end was a bit warmer, maybe 101 degrees. This tapered down to probably 99 degrees in the shallow end so its easy to find your perfect temperature by simply moving about. The water feels fantastic and has that awesome slightly sulfurous smell one associates with water heated by a volcano. The separate "hot tub" is slightly hotter (104?), but I spent 99% of my time in the main spring pool. The whole place has a super chill vibe. Nice music playing and icy fruity water self serve stations pool-side. They even have servers on patrol who are happy to bring drinks off the menu and serve you as you float in the spring. It really doesn't get any better than sipping an icy IPA while floating in 100 spring water. This place is an absolute must do. If I lived there, I'd be at the Spring at least 3 times a week.
