Reviewed By Kaddi CI had a wonderful stay at Casa Ana for 4 nights! This casa has a pretty roof terrasse, nice rooms with TV and wifi in the house! Everything is totally clean! I even got a laundry service for my flottes. Breakfast was very tasty and offered a great choice. It's next to the center, so you can reach everything from here. The owner helped me out in any case. He speaks english! Thank you so much and I highly recommend this casa! Kaddi

Beautiful house in the center of the historic city of Camagüey, with pool. The rooms have private bathrooms and two large beds, plus TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. In the bathroom there are hot and cold water, and rain shower. You have access to the roof where you can enjoy the views of the city and have access to a barbecue. A beautiful house in the center of the city for enjoying your stay in Camaguey city.
Fine room and patio but quite impersonal
Reviewed By MtotheTillsLocated just outside the center of Camaguey. The room is OK but very small. Breakfast was served on the beautiful rooftop patio and was very good and plenty. The staff was kind and friendly. After we checked in with the staff upon arrival, we were told the hostess (Geraldine) would arrive in the late afternoon. She never came up to welcome us or introduce herself though. Therefore we felt quite awkward to move around in the casa. The moments we did have contact with Geraldine felt rushed. All in all, a bit impersonal and strange.

One of the best in Camaguey and all of Cuba that I have visited!! I would Highly recommend this if your are in Camaguey!! Hope you enjoy as much as we did!!

Reviewed By 831susannekOn my trip through Cuba, Adalberto & Gretel was one of the best choices. Adalberto was the kindest host one can imagine. The rooms were spacious, clean, in a quiet street and in within walking distance to the main squares. Breakfast was great and more than enough to get you through to lunch, if not the day. I highly recommend staying at this casa.

No no no Mario - Grenhouse!
Reviewed By X6434francoI have just returned and this was my third and last vacation in this hostel. I'm really disappointed so I'd like to share my experience. I paid $ 360 and arrived at Camaguey DEC.27. So excited, you know! I came with my friend Claudio and my girlfriend, because I wanted to show them Hostel Grenhouse !! Buuuut ... No hot water !!! Surprise! I was told by Mario that he will be repaired "now". 3 days later we had to make a huge scandal and we had a meeting with the manager at Hostel Marileny (it seems, he doesn't speak English, almost no one speaks more English). Of miracle, 2 hours after hot water was there !!! As compensation, we had a 1 cuc. I do not care! Because: 1. Leonardo is no longer there 2. Alexys there is no longer there 3. There is no cleaning (poor Tamara should do everything alone. Good luck, I appreciate your efforts!) 5. The night program has been hilarious! Gentlemen with little girls in the amazing room! The staff is new (I was there 2 years ago). Don't smile, not speaking English, not polite ... To dinner, glasses and spoons and everything was dirty !!! The missing napkins, the water is not served ... I don't want to go with all kinds of anomalies ... Our dark and windowless room on the outside was not always clean ... thanks to our Mario! Mario was not present throughout time ... he spent time in the room with his boyfriend!

Reviewed By miquelh2015En el hotel no hay agua embotellada, ni leche, ni yogurt. Sirven un solo tipo de jugo y está aguado. Servicio lento. En las habitaciones sólo funciona bien un enchufe. El acceso en coche es complicado. No hay ascensor ni ayuda para subir maletas a las habitaciones
