Reviewed By marytongerenToplocation at the end of the dike at the Rotonde. Half of the rooms have magnificent sea view. Not crowded area. We went in June and restaurants in neighbourhood were closed at 1:30 pm. Shopping street is limited and disappointing. Also pricy shops and restaurants. Hotel room is tiny but ok for short visit. The 2 chairs inside are far too big for such a small room and you can hardly close curtains or open terrace door because of that. It said telephone but not in our room. Not much light in bathroom. Seats on balcony outdated. Very thin walls and very noisy from neighbours like tv. Big safe for ipad or laptop. No privacy on terrace. Breakfast is good but every day the same. You get fresh orange juice every day ! The staff is at all times very friendly ! You feel this is a family hotel and we would come here again in the low season to energize ourselves.

Reviewed By Monique GOM Goodness. Where do I start? From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt AT HOME. With Covid people worry about cleanliness and safety. STOP!!! Here you don't even have to think about that. The self catering studio was IMPECCABLE. I honestly thought they had bought all new everything was so sparkling and fresh!!! All worries about Covid went right out the window. Breakfast the next morning is served by Albert and his wife Jo and although there is no buffet (safety measures against that darn Covid) you will get just about anything your heart desired. Eggs served anyway you wanted. Then Albert would regal us with his stories of how they bought the hotel or their love for Morocco (to the delight of my husband who is Moroccan) ... then tips for day trips. I fell in love with them. The horses in the stables poke their heads out to look at you ... the horse in the closest stall actually allowed me to plant a kiss on his nose. The Canadian geese flying overhead in this piece of Heaven .... The quiet at night. If you are in planning a trip to the Belgian coast just STAY HERE OK?

Reviewed By crossignoliI stayed at this beautiful B&B last weekend. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. I arrived early and was lucky enough to find my room already prepared. It was a lovely big room with excellent facilities. The breakfast was excellent and very substantial. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. I will certainly be going back again in the future.

We reserved for four nights, but on the first night found ourselves in something of an emergency when family members staying in a nearby rented apartment were confronted with a nasty plumbing situation. Two of the three relatives are dependent on wheelchairs. To be clear, this hotel is in a charming 100 year old building. It is not handicapped-accessible. But at 10:00 at night in this sleepy seaside town, we were in a serious jam. They accommodated us with grace, assisted us with the wheelchairs, moved furniture to help, and helped ease the stress on our elderly family members. Emergency diffused! When we reserved our room initially, we indicated that one of us follows a vegan diet. When we checked in, the owner asked multiple questions about the dietary requirements, with the goal of accommodating to the best of her ability. Well, she went above-and-beyond with that, too, ensuring that both of us could fully enjoy the wonderful buffet breakfast that they provide daily. She seriously cared, and clearly wanted to learn details and provide a great experience. We completely enjoyed our time at this hotel. It is our new favorite at the Belgian coast. We plan to stay there again and again. This is not the Ritz or the Four Seasons. Fancy hotels have there advantages, for sure. But we’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere that provided friendlier service. Bravo to these folks!

Reviewed By Kevin Grecent gerenoveerde kamers + badkamer, alles tiptop (zelf rolluiken) in orde en aanwezig. Zelf gebruik van de tuin mogelijk waar je nog kan nagenieten van de zon. Misschien een tip voor de TV's, voorzien dat deze kunnen draaien, positie momenteel is niet ideaal om te kijken vanuit je bed. Ontbijt was zeer lekker en uitgebreid van eitjes tot granola enzoverder. Tevens is er de mogelijkheid om een diner menu te bestellen, gemaakt door de eigenaar. Zeker de moeite voor de prijs! alvast bedankt voor dit aangenaam verblijf

Reviewed By Els HEen heerlijke uitwaaivakantie gehad in april. Ideaal voor kinderen en honden. De tuin is ruim en veilig. Het huisje is net en gezellig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. En de locatie ideaal voor lange strandwandelingen en toch kort bij Blankenberge. Wij komen zeker terug.
