Reviewed By KevinAdventures1I got into the room late And I saw this it didn’t gross me out that someone had relations in the room that happens all the time what did gross me out was the fact that the room got cleaned the housekeeper missed it and then the housekeeper Manager missed it as well it’s just says they’re not doing their jobs I told the young man working the front desk in the morning he seem to have an attitude like I was Disturbing him I left at 7:30 AM or so got back after 8 PM and guess what room still didn’t get cleaned if they couldn’t clean the room for bodily fluid how do you know that they’re disinfecting the room to keep you safe! At least I got offered one snack item as compensation for them not cleaning us or the room, there’s that! There’s an older Holiday Inn up the street I would go there!

Reviewed By frankocoThis is a great hotel! Very easy access to the 15 and one of the best in Hesperia! Everything was clean, neat, and the room was thoughtfully laid-out and everything was perfect. People were friendly as the desk and very helpful. Parking is easy and the room was quiet.

Reviewed By laplume9254Wow....what a horrible night. Before I begin, this hotel is not up to Courtyard standards. It's not up to Fairfield Inn standards. It's more like Ramada Inn standards. Out of the control of the hotel....There was a helicopter circling for one hour obviously looking for someone close to the hotel. No one knew what was going on. Second event...at 12:30 am, a fight between several people happened outside our door. We had 3 choices...call the front desk (a young person who could really do nothing) , call the police, or just wait until it was over. We waited and in a half hour it was over. We made sure that where we were in the room, a bullet could not get us if it came down to that. What the hotel can control....this place is just too tired to be called a Courtyard. I'm surprised that Marriott still operates this place. Bed lumpy. Linens too small as I had to keep putting the fitted sheet back on the bed. Towers that were so bare they represented a hankie instead of a towel. Clogged bath sink. Shower curtain too short representing water all over the bath. The TV is so small it resembled by computer monitor. The smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The heater so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep. Avoid this place if at all possible. In fact, avoid Victorville if at all possible. A property like this makes me lose faith in other travelers who ranked it high.

Reviewed By A769RVdavidkThe pillows were awful. It needs to be replaced. The mattress was uncomfortable. Someone has been smoking marijuana prior to our stay. It was an awful smell. The location was odd. They didn't have the hairdryer in the room. The room istelf was't too bad.

Mariah the manager was fantastic. Always happy and always active on the property. We didn’t know this place existed and will be back for sure! Thank you!

Okay for overnight
Reviewed By mnew4The price was high, but all of the hotels in that area are for some reason. The room itself was okay and the breakfast also just okay. There was noise from the traffic since it's near the interstate. For us, it was fine for just an overnight stay.
