Freedive Nusa is the freediving school on Nusa Penida island and Freediving Instructor Training Center with a strong and professional team of instructors. The School is located just 20 meters from the beach. There is plenty of accommodation and cafes within walking distance. The School offers freediving courses and freedive training for all levels from beginners to instructors, breath-hold workshops for surfers, regular yoga classes, equipment rental, and SUP boarding rental. The School organizes freedive and snorkeling trips to awesome Manta Rays, trips around the island, and regular freediving trips around Indonesia.

Wonderful yoga class, with the full attention and gentle support of a highly experienced yoga instructor. Very much recommended, even if you are a beginner or a pro with yoga. Either way you may expect personal attention, nice tips and help to continue along your journey with yoga, as well as exploring the island.

This lady knows what she is doing! Very good, she found my many knots and managed to loosen many of them. Had I gone for a massage at the beginning of our stay, I would have come back everyday! Now more reason to come back to Penida. Just a note: when looking up “little papaya spa” on google maps it directs you to a different spa, look for SD point on google maps, she is located immediately next to it. Enjoy your massage!
