What a wonderful way to spend a few hours of your Sunday, especially if you are there for the wine tasting and lunch. Our first visit 3 weeks ago was so lovely we had to go back a second time, for some more of the wonderful bottles of Rosè & Lunch. We did not have a reservation, and the restaurant was full, but were recognised immediately by Christopher who had served us the last time he motioned us to make ourselves comfortable at one of the 2 tables available. The set menu lets you pick between choices of main course and desert, or entree and main, or the works, depending on how hungry you are. Wonderful value for money, one walks away happy & contended. The chateau makes their own goat cheese, one can taste these as a choice of entree for lunch with their own delicious homemade bread. The wine tasting and the boutique too has wonderful, friendly & helpful staff. The domaine is truly one of the best we have visited in Var this summer. We have been using Covid days to stay and discover local. Chateau Saint Roux will certainly be on our list of places to bring our guests to.
