Love to walk on the trail here - plenty of flat trail and one big hill to add a challenge. There’s a stunning creek that winds alongside the trail along with several covered bridges. We’ve also picnicked at this park and it’s always clean, plenty of space at picnic pavilions or in green space away from the pavilions. There’s one main road that runs through the park. If you’re planning on meeting someone here, be aware that cell phone service is essentially NONEXISTENT and you should discuss where to meet up point ahead of time.

Highly recommend that you arrive early- right at 10am when it opens. It does become very very crowded. Lots of activities for the kids- bounce house, train ride, super slide. You but tickets first and there are 2 spots where you can purchase these. The Hayride is fun too. At the top where they let you off are more activities (corn hole, shaved ice, corn maze plus the pumpkin patch). Overall a fun day and I’m happy we arrived early!
