Amazing couple massage. Very relaxing and the Chocolate rub was very refreshing with the results of very smooth skin and we both walked out smelling like chocolate. I highly recommend this Spa!

We visited Manuel Antonio over Christmas, and wanted to do a relaxing yoga session one morning. Valentina's Hatha yoga class was just what we needed - calm and slow paced to give us enough time to unwind and absorb the nature sounds around us. At first I thought the chirping birds were recorded but they were singing right outside the studio. ???? We were a bit confused about the location (she teaches in the Marina and at the Pacífico Paradise resort - our class was here) but we managed to find it and it was lovely: an airy studio with lots of windows that let the bird songs through. The price was reasonable and the experience was very nice, we went home refreshed.

Pura Vida, we did!!! My husband and I booked a last minute minute couples massage with Ambar, She was able to accommodate us the same day amd came to our rental home so we had zero stress about getting to her and was able to relax after. I am a therapeutic massage therapist myself in Texas and was very impressed with her work! Her energy is just as amazing as her touch! She knows the body well and incorporates stretching and other modalities in the deep tissue work. She used great natural oils and aromatherapy. Very professional and tailors the session to what is needed. Highly recommend! Hopefully we will visit Costa Rica again in the near future and are able to see Ambar again! ♥️
