Echo Farm is open for self-guided visits Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays & extra days during SA school holidays. Animal food & farm trail map are included in your entry fee. Allow at least an hour for your visit. Dress for outdoor conditions and farm walking. Small range of snacks, drinks and souvenirs available, along with home-made scones. Great place for kids to explore, they can go to animals and feed them as well. Animals in natural setting ie in farm and you can feed them. Highly recommend for little kids.

Such a great view of Mount Gambier from the tower. No access into the tower itself but walking around its base you get great views. The climb / walk up is very steep and should only be attempted if of reasonable fitness. Ample parking at the base of the climb for cars and small rv’s.

Not sure if this is anurban myth but worth visiting the monument and reading the plaque. Easy to access.

We came to see the Volcano film on a rainy afternoon. It was excellent and our kids enjoyed it and learnt from it. We stayed afterwards and our son loved the Sidney Nolan exhibition and our daughter enjoyed colouring in at the art table. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. A great place to visit and we would recommend it.
