Avalon is a borough in Cape May County, New Jersey, on Seven Mile Island. As of the 2010 United States Census, the full-time borough population was 1,334, although it swells during the summer months. The population declined by 809 (-37.8%) from the 2,143 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 334 (+18.5%) from the 1,809 counted in the 1990 Census.

Full and Half Day Fishing Charters. We have small back bay boats and large offshore sportfishing boats. Trips are limited to maximum 6 persons by USCG regulation. Our half day trips are 4 hours in the back bay and 5 hours in the ocean. This is a great choice for the family and smaller children. We target flounder, blues, and sea bass. The action is typically pretty good, making for a fun outing for all. Offshore adventures for shark, tuna, marlin, and wahoo start at 10 hours, although most are 12-16 hours. Our most popular offshore trip is our 22 hour overnight canyon trip. Tuna fishing can be incredible off the NJ coast in the Summer months. From a short half day back bay trip for the kids to a full day canyon run for Tuna, Over Under Sportfishing is your choice here on 7 Mile Island.

The SUP guys were amazing ! They were so accommodating and flexible. They dropped off the boards in the morning and picked them up the next afternoon. Seamless delivery and pick up. Such a blast, can’t wait rent from them again next time !

We stopped and played (2) 9 hole mini golf. We also did the bumper cars. The guy saw we weren't having the best of days so he made the day a little better by giving us a little more time on the bumper cars. Had a blast, we really needed a good laugh and a good time that day.

We chose the Avalon Golf Club restaurant for our wedding rehearsal dinner due to the driving proximity from the wedding venue. Great choice and emailing managers Dawn and Anthony was easy and quick responses. Our food and seating needs were answered quickly and efficiently. The actual party was perfect! Just what we wanted for our soon to be Mr. & Mrs, The wait staff was attentive to our dining needs, can't say enough about that, Food was fabulous, loved the menu choices for appetizers and entrees. Recommend highly for any special event!
