Statue of Chiune Sugihara dedicated by Jewish community, Baruch Hashem. Chiune Sugihara was a vice-consulate of Japanese Consulate General in Kaunas/Kobuno in Lithuania. Despite the order from Imperial Japan, Chiune issued exit visas to Jewish people fleaing from Nazis. After the war, because of this, he was fired from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
