Brisbane was a cruise stop, and after the guided 3 hour tour, we continued touring on our own, using City Cat ferry to get to the South Bank, where the museums are. We love libraries and wandered into the State Library of Queensland. Friendly librarians, and lovely design.

Logan North Library

Great selection of reference and fiction books. Computer facilities are great, lessons for all age groups. Other electronic media available along with lots of community events. Great place to lose the kids in their section while you get some relaxed reading in.
