辽阳老牌酒店
Reviewed By 冬日奇葩辽阳宾馆，是辽阳市的一家老牌四星级酒店了，在辽阳也算是比较有历史的一家，地理位置十分好，我是乘坐高铁来到的辽阳，从辽阳站出站后，走过过街通道，一路直行，大约10分钟的样子就可以看到这个酒店了。 酒店是独栋的楼，外观看起来还是比较大气的。前台办理入住的服务人员，服务水平略一般，等待的时间有点长。需要预付押金，这可能是老酒店的通病。 整个大厅和公共区域装修还是比较富丽堂皇的，看起来比较大气，一楼有餐厅，有人在办酒席。 乘坐电梯直达入住楼层，等待电梯的时间 也略长。 整个客房的装修风格略微陈旧，有点上个世纪的感觉。整个色调也比较沉闷，比较符合中年人的审美。我个人不是特别喜欢。 整个客房的硬件配置上也略微不足，床头柜没有可以充电的插座，也没有关灯的开关，体验不是很好。 整个床铺的硬度有点硬，床的尺寸还是足够大的。房间内都铺设有地毯，可是感觉清洁度不是很好。 靠近窗边一侧，还设置了沙发和茶几，功能不错。 室内有设置有独立的书桌，可以方便商务使用或者化妆用，这点比较实用。 房间内配置有一个电视机，覆盖有WiFi网络。 衣柜中提供有一次性的拖鞋，同时还有浴袍和保险柜。 卫生间区域的装修风格就更有点老旧了，而且灯光的配置也不是特别充足。比较昏暗。 还多余一个浴缸，需要站在里面淋浴，很不喜欢这样的设计。提供的一次性洗浴用品的品质也略差，与整个酒店的定位有点差距。 整个酒店的周边交通还是比较方便，对面就是辽阳著名的白塔，而且从酒店前往辽阳各地也是比较方便的，这里对于商旅人士中转，还是一个不错的选择。但是如果在硬件上得以提高，就更符合整体的定位。

Reviewed By Heiko HHotel offers very good value for money, breakfast could a bit more variety but you have a nice view from top floor where the restaurant is located. Furniture could be refurbished but on the other hand it's clean and quiet and for the price you can not expect everything brand new...

Looks like 5 Star hotel, but no professional service

Chinese new year 2011 I had to stay in this hotel, because it is the only "5 star" hotel in this area and government decided that as a foreigner I must stay in a 5 star hotel because of my safety. haha. The price is 5 star (beijing 5 is cheaper) but service is 3 star standard. Every day you have to call housekeeping, because they forgot to prepare the room or they forgot the mineral water or ... Breakfast is included, but most time the "warm dishes" are cold. The juice taste like colored water and some days you get not tea or coffee. No creditcards are accepted! No english spoken staff. No taxi service Nice hot spring area, but usage not included in the hotel price!

Rural city with a good hotel
Reviewed By ksg48Stayed for some nights. Checkin was very efficient, room was on 12th floor. Air inside the hotel was a little humid. Room was spacey, HVAC well working. A window to open (limited) and curtains to darken the room. Bed was nice, not to soft, room clean and everything in well shape, except the floor that was a little bit spotty and the edges of the tapetory that lost its glue. Room was silent, LAN was well working. Bath was ok, no bad things, amenities avalable, incl. shave kit. There was a water world including gym, but for extra cost. Anyway, I had no time to use it. Couches in the lobby (1. floor) were remarkable convenient ! Breakfast on second floor, some tables (for two and four) somewhat inconvenient design for tall people. Anyway, breaky was good, chinese warm stuff, japanese things, bread corner with jam, cereals, fresh made eggs and omelettes. And wonderful fruit (dragonfruit, melones, bananas), so at least for every taste the right thing. Next time I will be back here, no doubt.

Don't have high expectations

The reception staff are not friendly to foreigners, the atmosphere unwelcoming, this a merely a business and not a hotel, just check in and out and don't make trouble. The room is on its journey through deterioration to unusable. The bed linen is wearing thin, a few bulbs out the furniture just holding together. The bathroom is fading fast, stains, chips, caulking brown, shower hot but the head clogged. The toilet works ok but the whole room has drain fatigue. You walk into this room and is says, 'well it's only one night', don't enjoy, just survive. The location is fine and it's cheap so it is what it is. I wanted the Interstellar but they don't take foreigners. Better to stay at the budget places like Home Inn or Super 8.
