Ideally situated in the village of Hanioti 50 m. from the sea and 100 m. from the center, it is built with respect to traditional architecture. This new summer resort with its interiors inspired of natural beauty, with colors and brushes of the Mediterranean aesthetics, dispose rooms and suites fully equipped and unique atmospheric decoration. Its exteriors with the beautiful individually garden and balconies in combination with the exotic wavy pool, are idyllic summer destination. The facilities of NEIKOS MED and the quality of customer services are completed by the luxurious residence in an ideal relaxation environment.

Felt very welcomed and someone was available to help 24/7 Breakfast was nice, it was a small buffet and had a different dish each day to offer variety. The terrace room where breakfast was had a lovely view! The room was lovely and spacious and had a patio with table, chair and 2 loungers. Bathroom was clean and nice powerful walk in shower. Had small pool out front. Located short walk from the town square and beach, close to supermarkets and the main road. Wasn’t too noisy although a few places were closed due to us traveling outside of the season. The restaurant opposite plays music but closed between 22:00-23:00. My only issue was the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together but they were very comfortable Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!

Minthi Boutique Apartments is located just 250 meters from the beach of Chanioti and 150 meters from the center of the village. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, unique modern design and fully furnished veranda. In a very close distance there is a variety of restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets. The closest bus station is just 150 meters away while the International airport Macedonia is 90 km away. There is free parking spot available in our facilities. The apartments are equipped with Coco - Mat mattresses, connection to a telephone center, laptop size safety box, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking hobs.Other amenities: Hairdryer, DVD player, CD player, large beds (>2 meters) , slippers, bathrobes and personal care products electric kettle, coffee maker, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining room, clothes dryer.

Reviewed By InnadelIt was all great, I would definitely recommend it. Great location as it is just in the beginning of the center and without the noise of the center. Nice, cleaned house and big rooms and things were taken care to the last detail. Very beautiful decoration and furniture. The owner was very nice and helpful. There is a private parking (outdoors and with a remote control for entering) to be used by the guests for free . The only thing that there is no breakfast as there are no common spaces but rooms. Still there is table outside the room and you can use it to have breakfast from outside there.

Reviewed By flickanseStaff is very friendly. Stunning cleanliness! The location is great. Just 100m from the bars, restaurants and shops. The city beach is very close too. Excellent breakfast. Nereby underground private parking. Dimitri is a perfect host.

Reviewed By andreasr528Η καλύτερη ίσως σχέση ποιότητας -τιμής στην Χανιώτη. Ολοκαινούργιο, πεντακάθαρο, τηρούσαν με το παραπάνω τα μέτρα για covid, πολύ αναπαυτικό στρώμα, όλα ποιοτικά , πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης, 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την καλή παραλία!

Reviewed By L5908SLandreasdτο συγκεκριμενο καταλυμα εχει μπερδεψει την λεξη ξενοδοχειο με την λεξη σταβλος γιατι για εναν σταβλο προκειται που εχει ανακαινισει μονο την εισοδο του για να προσελκυει πελατες.παρολο που εχει τηλεοραση δεν εχει ομως κεραια(αγοραστε μια να εχετε στα πραγματα σας) οσο για την καθαριοτητα .... μαλλον ειναι τσακωμενοι με αυτην την λεξη.το δωματιο βρωμαγε ΜΟΥΧΛΑ στο οποιο δεν ειχε ουτε σαπουνι να πλυθεις.Στις 6 μερες που μειναμε δεν μπηκε κανεις να σκουπισει και να σφουγγαρισει.δηλαδη οσα γραφουν στις παροχες τους ειναι μπαρουφες. ΑΑΑΑ και οσο αφορα για την πισινα που λεει....... απλα δεν εχει.αυτη που φαινεται ειναι του διπλα ξενοδοχειου.

Reviewed By vase61The studio is clean, the people are polite and you can do what you want - many beaches around for everyones taste. A lot of shops and restaurants. With the parking it is tough, but possible :-) But one week is enough.
