After an apéritif and a theoretical introduction, you will self-prepare your starter, main course, chutneys and dessert. Following the Malagasy tradition, you will cook over a log-fire, in the original vilany (traditional Malagasy cooking pot). You will then enjoy your food in a traditional plate, (called tsatokaty), using a traditional sotro (spoon). Some coffee or a cup of ranovola (toasty-tasting rice tea) will pleasantly end your meal.
