Atlantic Canada’s first fully immersive 360° cinematic dome will open in mid-September on the Halifax Waterfront a few steps from the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. Halifax’s exclusive comedy club, Yuk Yuks, has called The Westin Nova Scotian Hotel its home for more than a decade. Giving the club a rich history by hosting some of the most elite standup comedians from all over the world. This venue, opened in 1928 as a lodge for the Independent Order of Oddfellows. In 1983, after the community had acquired the building it was refurbished and re-opened as the M.V. Bicentennial Theatre. Over the years, most of the East Coast top musical acts have performed on this stage! As well Neptune, Two Planks, Mulgrave Rd. among many others have entertained sold-out audiences with theatrical presentations! It's an amazing venue for both performers and audiences!
