Tulcán is a very beautiful and cold City you can visit many places. It is small City where you can visit its museums, chuches, parks and otrhers. A very visited place in Tulcán is the cementery, for its magnificent garden decoration, the work that people do with the ciprés trees is incredible, it is the most beautiful cementery in the north of the country. It is a sculpture in green with representativo of various cultures of the World. Come and enjoy the wonders of this City I reconnend it.

It is a wonderful place, it is one of the most representative religious sites in the Montúfar Canton. The Gruta De La Paz is made up of stalactites and stalagmites. Through its entrails the Apaquí River makes its way, this beautiful grotto contains in itself a sanctuary to the Virgin of the Gruta de la Paz, this is a place that feeds the spirit, full of calm and Peace. The arrival at the Gruta de la Paz is very easy, the people are friendly, they give you any information on how to get to this place, it is a natural grotto, it is very striking, you fill with peace, it is a beautiful place. Next to the Gruta de La Paz there are pools of hot springs which you can enter with the promise that they cure diseases and rejuvenate. There is also a restaurant and gift and craft shops on site. It is a very welcoming place for people, especially for those who like nature a lot and are devoted to the Virgin. It is a good place full of natural charms, this Grotto is located under a rock formation. It is a quiet place, its road is in good condition, it is very simple but very Catholic, it is a space for reflection and peace. Nature gives you a moment of tranquility by the river and the sound of the water between the stones, it is perfect. Me and my family were overwhelmed by the unexpected beauty and spirituality of this incredible sight. To describe it would be to spoil the surprise that can be experienced. Hundreds of faithful of the Virgin of Peace come to the grotto, from whom they ask for favors or thanks for the miracles that were granted. And the best way to show gratitude is by putting up posters and photos to one side of the sanctuary, which looks like a beautiful gallery that reminds the pilgrims who converge that they can be fulfilled with faith. It is very visited by tourists from the locality or from the south of Colombia who come on great pilgrimages for July 9, the day of its greatest celebration. I recommend this place because it is very interesting and here we can be with the family and share a beautiful moment, be in a quiet ambient, observe the wonderful nature that exists and enjoy its pools and the Virgin of La Paz who performs many miracles. Come and enjoy with your family this fantastic and magical place.
