The mall is pretty dead and the traffic is mainly generated by visitors to the restaurants and cafes around the artificial lake . The place is more attractive during colder seasons as outdoor sitting is ideal especially with the music Fountain in the middle of the lake. Its worth noting that Sultan centre the local supermarket chain has a branch in the mall. Parking area is not in proportion with the size of the mall and people have difficulties finding a spot.

Avenues is the beat shopping destination when you visit Kuwait. It is found in Al Rai and part of Farwaniyah Governorate. You can even go there by public transport. A lot to choose when you but dress, shoes etc. And after shopping you can have a choice where to eat because a lot of restaurants there from fastfood chains and any other cuisines. A nice and clean cinemas with a 4DX is also interesting. A must visit in Kuwait.

Miral has the best view in Kuwait and the cafes and restaurants are literally 3 meters away from the sandy beach. The food court mall has a wide variety of good restaurants but the property has been constructed in a cheap commercial manner. The whole place has toilets only on the upper floor serving staff and guests. Parking is not an issue with the underground facility and the place has great potential if the owner’s spend a bit

A nice park for walking and riding bikes. There's a field to play soccer and grassy areas but no Playgrounds.
