Coyote Hills Regional Park

Enjoyed walking/trekking on Coyote Hills Regional Park. There is a fee per car (and additional cost for dog) to get into the park. During winter period, it can be really cold because of the wind, so be prepared. This is at least half a day event. There are various route you can take and you can determine from the start. Highly recommend for those who wants outside activity and exercise.

Ardenwood Historic Farm

Reviewed By tinaNtravel - San Jose, United States

We used to come to Ardenwood (from San Jose) at least once or twice a year when our kids were young. When they started high school, they simply were too busy, so we've not been in many years. Today we decided to go for the Harvest Festival and I am glad we did. Even without little kids, it was a fun day. We managed to pick some corn, although by Sunday afternoon almost all the corn had been picked, and we walked around and looked at the farm, the historic house and the pumpkin patch across from the farm. Small kids, especially, will have a great time on the train, running around the farm area and looking at the farm animals. Check the schedule for special events.

We have been to Mike Hillman's Cloverleaf Family bowl several times for youth league tournaments. This bowling alley is one of the nicest and largest bowling facilities we get to experience traveling for tournaments in the bay area as well as out of state.
