Our flight was piloted by Chris. He was very informative and polite and took us over the Isle of White, the beach, Weymouth. The actual experience was AMAZING!! Everywhere we went he told us about it and the experience itself was amazing. I highly recommend this as it is definitely an experience you will never forget, one reason for that is that he handed me the controls and I FLEW THE PLANE! Everything was nice, chilled, very safe and easy. Overall, couldn't have been better ????

Unable to be used due to travel restrictions . Extension given till 2021 but travel restrictions /quarantine still in force from Australia well into next year due to COVID. Refused to give a refund on a costly purchase we had previously used in 2011, successfully . Very disappointing customer service with generic email responses. Do not recommend.

this was a terrible waste of money. every attraction we went to it was a problem. the london eye - not an immediate gate as advertised, you have to queue. the bus tour - bus tour company did not recognise this at all. we argued for 45 mnutes. madam tausaud - they did not recognise this, we had to move to 3 different queues, had to leave and go back another day and ask for a senior manager. this was bought to save time and we wasted 3 hours queuing and trying to use this
