Great food. Bar staff were attentive and quick. Emma, our waitress was fanstastic throughout the meal, the food itself was fresh, good sized protions and not over or under-cooked. Well done to the chefs. And the prices were fair. Will definitely come back.

Second visit...it won’t be our last !

Reviewed By Wurzelm

Week 23/07/2021 Second visit to this fantastic barn conversion and every bit as comfortable and as enjoyable as before despite once again the weather. You cannot ask for better hosts than Ju and Pete who from even before you arrive make you feel welcome. A truly lovely couple who always have time for a chat and making sure you’re comfortable. Upon arrival you’re welcomed and treated to a lovely cream tea with home made sultana scones, jam, cream, tea and coffee. The small touches like a pint of milk in the fridge, toilet rolls and fresh flowers on the table really add to the experience and make you feel at home. The barn itself is first class (we booked again via Sykes Holidays - check them out for pictures) and then there is the equally lovely Bowji next door. We’ve not stayed there but have been inside for a look round. Again, fantastic accommodation. Equipped with just about everything you need to make for a great stay, a home from home. Spotlessly clean before COVID, now all rooms steam cleaned before you arrive. Not a spec of dust, a crumb on the floor or hair in the shower. Cleaning here is 10/10. There are 6 acres of privately owned fields for kids to play in, walk around and see the rabbits at night if you’re lucky. Private secure parking outside your accommodation and a great base for exploring Cornwall. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the barn, through to the owners, there is no faulting Mynheer Farm. Overall, 11/10. It’s that good !
