Reviewed By Soclwkr72We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Friendly service, clean room and clean hotel. Very nice continental breakfast, beautiful pool with hot tub. Rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Close enough to freeway to reach your desired destinations. Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed By amylY8774ESChecked into this hotel at 1:30am last night after a long flight from Chicago. This hotel is nothing like the pictures; it was a nightmare. Looked like someone urinated outside out door & left a huge mystery puddle. The sheets were dirty & towels. The place smelled like sewage. Informed the front desk right away & asked for a new room. They said they didn’t have any other rooms & just gave us new towels & sheets that we had to change ourselves at 2am! My daughter was in tears & didn’t want to stay in the room but we didn’t have any where else to go. Very disappointed with our stay .. left as soon as we were able this morning.

Good value, near busy freeway, but nice backing to the mountain, laughable breakfast

Bring your own food, breakfast was very poor, Twinkies, white cake with chocolate chips, cold coffee, no decaf, cold "hot" water, and Juicy Juice sub for Orange Juice. Highlight was a banana. Vending machine is the only way to get other food, and it was wiped out/empty on the weekend. Still, the small balcony was nice, and nice view to the mountain behind. Good price for the area.

Furnishings in both public spaces (limited as its a smaller Courtyard) and my room all seemed on the "newer" side adn everything in my room worked fine. Water pressure was fine, bed comfy and seemed quiet; certainly no issues sleeping. Adjacent to a supermarket, starbucks and other food options nearby.

Reviewed By Jim DWhat a scam. Photos are from an age long gone. The room carpet was deeply soiled, the air conditioner did not work, walls scared and needed paint badly, the bathroom door was ruined about 2 in. from bottom due to water damage. The floor next to the bed was weak due to the water damage. In the carport below the bathroom the plaster had fallen out leaving about a 24" hole where you could look up at the plumbing. The back wall of the carport was being pushed in at about a 15-20 degree angle. Don't be fooled by the photos, spend a little more and be comfortable.

Good for overnight
Reviewed By Jim WI checked in around 4 PM, I turned on the TV, and no signal, I called down to the desk and was told maintenance would not be on till 6 PM! So I decided to get on the internet, I signed onto the WiFi and got connected but no internet! I called down to the desk again and was told there were too many people on it! I continued throughout my stay and it was touch and go if I could get online. The card key had to be reset 2 times also. Besides that, the room was large and clean. I would suggest that you use it just for an overnight stay along your journey.
