Simple yet comfortable rooms in a typical swiss-type chalet. Quiet and rural. Generous breakfast and dinner (especially for Swiss standards). Friendly and attentive service.

Reviewed By dwld26The place itself is nice...people looks fiendly. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Amazing but true, we are in Switzerland, and not even 1 TV Channel for French-speaking Swiss. Thought this should be anywhere in the country (DE/IT/FR) We had a room with a window on main road side. We were told it would not be busy at night...but it still was. We had dinner in the evening to the adjacent restaurant. pizza was not that good, but pastas were ok. Breakfast was small and with reduced choice of items, no warm dish proposal. Breakfast lady "just" sympathic, speaking only Swiss German.

ENCANTADOR Y TRANQUILO
Reviewed By RAMON REl hotel se encuentra en la zona de la Biosfera de Entlebuch. También está cerca en coche de Lucerna. La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta si no te gusta el bullicio, eso sí, sólo hay un pequeño supermercado al que se puede ir caminando y para cenar el hotel es la única opción sin coger el coche y cierra además lunes y martes. Cenamos una noche y la comida estuvo bastante bien aunque algo caro en la media de Suiza. La habitación fue perfecta, muy limpia y cómoda, todo muy nuevo y coqueto. Estuvimos en la habitación 1 y la verdad es que no tuvimos problemas de ruidos durante nuestra estancia. El desayuno bastante bien, sencillo pero estaba todo bueno. Parking en la calle con espacio más que suficiente. En definitiva, totalmente recomendable, volveríamos sin dudar.

In Entlebuch village we offer a small apartment with 6 beds (1 room with two single beds, 1 room with a single or double bed, 1 room with a bunk bed). The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, a separate guest toilet and a small kitchen. Guests also can use our garden. The 4 rooms are located in the roof floor of a former farming house and are equipped and decorated in a cosy shabby chic ambiance. In addition to the heating system one room can be heated by a wood stove. The apartment is located in the center of Entlebuch, a village in in the UNESCO-Biosphere, which is a beautiful landscape and ideal for hiking, biking and skiing. From here it takes you a half an hour to reach Lucerne and 1 hour to Berne by train or by car. To Interlaken or Zurich it takes you by car 1 hour and a half.

(1) Location: 1 km walking distance from the Railway Station (2) Room: We had the entire ground floor to ourselves. There were three rooms - one with the beds, the other with a piano and a third with lots of toys. The beds were comfortable. (3) Kitchen: The fully provisioned Kitchen had all the things you need, right from microwave to toaster to hot water kettle. This was undoubtedly, the best part of the stay. (4) Hosts: The host - Christoph and his family who stay on the first floor are warm and welcoming. Would love to come back again :-) Truly, a perfect place to stay with a perfect back drop.

Located in the valley of swiss alps the beautiful and fresh morning are something that cannot be missed. Moreover they have a provision of swiss cheese making factory/outlet nearby so definitely that hell of an experience. The owner of the property is a kind fellow who always looks to welcome his guest in the most heartwarming way. I had give them 10 star if i could. Best thing is they serve INDIAN Dinner along with other cusines.
