Reviewed By Uwe MThe hotel is a few years old but the rooms are big enough and it is clean. Staff at reception friendly and professional.Sufficient parking spaces available. Breakfast is ok, don't expect a 50 meter buffet. some restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance.

Thank you, I will be back. 4 stars because of the muggy smell of the room. Also, they only had whole grain waffles for breakfast and they weren’t too popular! Other than that, it was nice!

Reviewed By linda bStayed here for 4 nights. Excellent staff; everyone was very pleasant and professional. Had a problem with our room lock so had to move to another room. Toilets are way too low (unless you are very short). Why would a hotel renovate and not update to high toilets? Water pressure was low. Nice feature was the shampoo, conditioner & gel attached to wall. No maid service unless requested ( did not realize this as not told when checked in) only a sign posted. Room very clean and updated. Free breakfast good but ran out of bacon both days that we ate there. Parking fine and always managed to find a space.

Rude and awful stay

The unfortunate turn of events, we booked the hotel based on the pictures online (which make it look like a new location). Big mistake on our part not reading the reviews.Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, not only were we looking for someone to check in, but there was also other guest awaiting Customer service. We finally get our room key and proceed into the hallway which looked like it had not been cleaned since opening day, not only did it not look clean it had a horrid smell, somewhat of a wet dog and cigarette smoke. Yes, we were aware of it being pet friendly but did not realize it'd stink. At last once in our room we put our things down and left for dinner. When we came back shortly after 8 pm. we noticed we only had two bath towels. We called downstairs to ask for 2 more since we had our children with us, we were denied towels after 7pm. Hence they would have informed us we would have known. Not only did we not have towels, they say we have access to the internet and that was also a mess. The information they gave us to access the wifi did not work, then after calling and going down in person to the front lobby to try to fix the wifi problem they gave us a number to call which was absolutely no help. Therefore, save yourself the money, the rudeness from the staff, and the headache. BOOK ELSEWHERE.

Reviewed By chrisdK7098JOMy husband needed a medical procedure the following day so since we're from out of town and we decided to go the night before. The room was so grungy. The pillows were flat as a pancake. We didn't dare take our socks off to walk around. We saw bugs crawling up the counter. We paid a total of 107.00 for this room. We hardly slept and couldn't get out of there fast enough. I felt like we were escaping a slum.

Bed bug and Roach infested & very rude front desk staff and owner and family
Reviewed By csxnyrangersmikeI stood here for a while very dirty rooms smell very very bad. All night when I was getting a good sleep. I was feeling bites. It was bed bugs. I found a roach in the tub and on the floor. I called up the desk which was the owner. He is very rude. I tell home nicely I found a roach on the floor and tub. He yells at me saying we never had this problem and it just walked in. Like I believed him. The staff comes to check The bed he still lied to me no bed bugs which they were biting me all over. I find needles in the parking lot very bad motel. Also I found sex toy dice that someone left behind. This is the worst motel I stayed. I’m never coming back here ever.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE
Reviewed By schwiernat 62 years of age I have stayed at hundreds of motels and have to say this had to be my worst experience ever!!!! 11pm at night i had to Book online in the parking lot because lady at desk would not honor the online offer which was 22 bucks cheaper then what they were telling me........drive around to go to room and there is an incredibly loud party , music blasting, people screaming and banging, all happening in the parking lot right next to my assigned room. Now remember this is 11pm on a Thursday / work/ school night. I decide not to complain wait a bit and hope it will end soon. Go into room to turn on lights and a roach crawls across my hand. Both locks were broken on door so we left to request another room. The front desk lady was exceptionally rude not wanting to move us. I demanded and she finally reassigned us to another room in another building as I requested to be moved away from the noisy party (It was now 11:40). I immediately smelled a strange odor when entering the second room but decided to just go take a shower wanting to go to bed from pure frustration and exhaustion.. When I came out there were roaches crawling everywhere!!! When I went to move the suitcase off of the bed roaches were crawling on the pillows! I again went to front desk to request my money back so I could leave and once again the lady was exceptionally rude and said no refund. We then left this nightmare of a place....having lost almost 2 hours of wasted time, in pure exhaustion, and out $88.00. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
