Here you are staying in Ballerup's business district, on the edge of Skovlunde and near public transportation that offer easy access to all of Copenhagen. The hotel is located in natural surroundings that ensure a relaxed atmosphere. On the opposite side of the lake behind the hotel is Ballerup Super Arena. At Zleep Hotels, we focus on your sleep. That is why all rooms are designed with a quality bed, a private bathroom and a TV. Throughout the hotel, you can access the fast and free WiFi. Just outside of the hotel, there is a large car park available free of charge.
Overpriced, poor service, good breakfast
Reviewed By kairir2017Terrible service! We arrived late in the evening discovering that reception is closed and u need to check on via machine. That ofcourse does not work if you have booked your stay via hotel.com or booking.com. After 15min in telephone que we finally got a hold of a person who helped us to get the code for check in. When we finally got to the room we discovered that it was made for one person - though we had booked double room for two persons. Another 15 min on phone queue to get a hold of a person who could not help us and transferred us to next person. Finally we got another room that smelled soo badly of a perfume. Ok we stay - at least we have a room. The bed was terrible - too soft and very used (hole in the middle). The next day we went out and came back discovering that our key does not work so we could not get into the hotel! Again reception closed and only “help” button to push - and noone answered that. Finally we got in as somone else went out. And of course we could not get into our room as well. Again phone call to the service line - long queue and lady who makes you run up and down to make your key work - well very badly organized! We had enough of that and took our stuff and left. Only good thing is breakfast - food is tasty with good variety- though the serving area is tiny and gets crowded. Way Too expensive for that simple place and service just does not work.

good enough for a place to sleep for one night
Reviewed By henrikSlStayed there for one night during a business trip. Room was old, but seemed fairly clean except for a few hairs in the bed. There was a mixed smell of food and cigarette smoke in the hallways. I only had breakfast and it was not a particular bad experience but below the standard of other hotels in the CPH area that i have visited.

Nice, quiet and cozy place
Reviewed By Mahesh VWe found this through Booking.com and gave a try and found to very nice place and very welcoming host. It's very near to Bus Station and a train station. Got a kitchen, off course shared, and tried hands on cooking too. Would recommend people to friends and colleagues visiting Denmark.

Acacia House B & B: In our B&B we offer 3 cosy and well-arranged double rooms, with access to a good size garden in a quiet residential area. All rooms are provided with soft cotton bed linen and towels, full size mirrors, hair dryer, radio and wireless connection to Internet. Free tea and coffee are also available in the rooms. Shared bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower. An extra toilet and hand basin are also available.

Reviewed By Wayne LMy wife and l just stayed there for 3 nights and had a very positive experience. The owners, Lucia and Hans, are wonderfully welcoming and concerned about making your stay enjoyable. Prior to flying from San Francisco, Lucia replied to several emails regarding how to use public transport which was very helpful. Hans spent a lot of time with us during check-in, answering numerous questions and providing good suggestions. The shared kitchen is well supplied with everything that you need and the shared barhroom is large and very clean. The bus stop is very close by on both sides of the street and there’s a grocery store nearby with everything that you need. We will most certainly stay here again.
