For foreigners visiting Tacloban this is the place that has everything you are probably missing if you have been away from home long. Has American style food, the best coffee in town, even a pancake place! movie theaters as well. The Philippines is a great place to visit, but sometimes amenities you may be used to at home are hard to find. This place is a welcome interlude and a safe place to shop
