A hidden gem
Reviewed By BigadventurehunterThis is a hidden gem in the hilly bush terrain on the way to the National Park. Very quiet and secure. When I come back I would choose a room downstairs. The loft was huge and open. I like sleeping in a smaller room. That's just a me thing. The meals were top notch and a great price. The meals were full of fun conversation with the owners and other guests. If you want to meet fellow travelers and learn about SA this is the place for you.

Due to various delays, we were required to shift out booking three times and add extra rooms. Echo Inn was amazing with accommodating us and all the changes we needed. They discounted our rate due to us being an NGO along with throwing in a room on the house - during these trying time this was a huge surprise - thank you for this as every cent saved counts!

Reviewed By CHARMSAMAI was given a room less of what i paid for, when i complained i was then allocated a room range of what i paid for. Receptionist is also handy man. Service is way too slow. Rooms are cleaned very late, first day by 15h00 my room was not cleaned as yet. Dining area for breakfast is way too small and bad breakfast is served. The hotel needs urgent upgrade, my room had tiles that were coming off and lights that are not working. Bathroom is outdated. I appreciated the working air conditioner. Wifi is only available at reception
