Really nice people, wonderful berries. We pick strawberries, raspberries and red currents. Very reasonably priced. Go early and there are no people there.

The historical society is a fascinating repository of information and artifacts. Just have make sure you come by when it's open: Saturdays and Sundays from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend, Noon to 5:00PM. They also have a greater newsletter that they publish with very in depth articles. Really just a very calm and interesting spot to stop and learn.
4. West River Railroad Museum
The West River Railroad Museum is housed in the newly restored 1880 Newfane Train Station and highlights the historic railroad that traveled between Brattleboro and South Londonderry, Vermont; "The 36 Miles of Trouble". Visitors will enjoy the high-quality exhibits and seeing the rare & unique Water Tank House. Opened Sat. & Sun. 12-5 Memorial Day - Columbus Day.
