Our fully air-conditioned gym has everything you need for general fitness, serious training and body building. Extensive gym with a great range of free weights, resistance machines and multi stations. All New Cardio equipment. Boxing area and ring. Large shower facilities, sauna and changing rooms. We offer Inductions for 10 euros and Personal Training for one hour for 20 euros. Quesada Fitness Gym also has three studios, a juice bar which is open after morning classes and a shop. We also offer AquaFitness four days a week at The Clubhouse at Rojales Golf at 9.15. As well, we can offer Osteopathy, Chiromassage, Sports Therapy, Hypno & Psychotherapy. There is no other privately-owned gym we can be compared to throughout the region.

8 of us spent a fun filled afternoon at Quesada Mini Golf and bar. The mini golf is excellent fun, caused much hilarity and more than a little competition. Following the golf we had lunch in the bar/restaurant which was not 8nky delicious but also fantastic value for money. Service was spot on with all of us being served at the same time which doesn't always happen when there are more than four people to feed. I highly recommend a visit here, suitable for most ages from toddler up.
