Nature at it's finest. The best time to go is when the weather is a little warm. You will see clusters of beautiful butterflies in the eucalyptus grove by the beach. Keep an eye out for the owl! There are knowledgable docents and telescopes set up for you to see the monarchs up close.

Shell Beach is a wonderful throw back in time Cali beach village. This park has wonderful sunsets and is never overcrowded. If you have time go down to the rocky beach at low tide and explore the tidal areas.

Great Halloween Party, lots of locals, great band, and everyone dressed. Not just the sexy nurse, vampire, whatever. Costumes that took time to make and come up with the idea. Definitely stop in!
