Icenskate is a permanent ice rink, pro-shop and cafe in Athens, very close to the city center. Public skating, skating lessons, ice hockey, figure skating and curling. It is open from September to June. Just 2 min walk from metro station Eleonas. A unique cool place in sunny Athens!

Enjoyed a mini tour of the massive Olympic Stadium which hosted the 2004 Olympics. Me and my family were ones of a very small amount of people who got to go into the stadium, learn about the history of the stadium and its situation after the financial crisis in Greece for example. The man showing us the stadium was very kind and very educated in what he did. After showing us around the stadium, we got souvenirs! It was a very unique experience and the potential of the stadium as one od Athens' main tourist sites is huge. If you ever do come to Athens, do visit the stadium as it is a valuable site to see.
