I always like to explore the coastline, saw St Georges Chapel from Hersonissos, very much enjoyed the walk along the various coves on the way (polite notice, 2nd last is a naturist beach, well hidden from road). Chapel sits on a rocky peninsula with stunning views north, west and east back to Hersonissos. I'm not religious, but very much appreciate beautiful places, and this certainly is one.
