from start to finish we couldnt fault our trip , we had a fantastic rep who was with us all day long everything so well organised we didnt have to wait for our suits and boots and there is a toilet there infact there is a toilet all day if you travelling with children , the food was good we had a breakfast on the plane then a lovely warming buffet style lunch with plenty of meatballs a garlic potato dish .chips , pasta, cheese ,soup and you can go up as much as you want jugs of squash and water , we had plenty of time to do the husky sleigh the reindeer , the snow mobile lots of sledging down the hill and a magical trip to santa it was so well organised i had read so many bad reviews and because it was alot of money for 1 day it was well worth it our rep Jes was so helpful and always around telling us what was going on and making sure we we were all happy , it was minus 7 so not too bad as long as you wear what the advised amount of thermal wear and layers we were outside for around six hours and was fine , the airport is very small and basic we took snacks with us but soon boarded and got another hot meal so you dont get hungry i would book again with Transun we couldnt fault our trip from leaving Norwich it was a wonderful day
