Marine and Freshwater Discovery Centre

Fantastic. Can't believe I haven't been here on previous visits to the region. Great for families too with lots of hands-on opportunities including a touch tank, a variety of dried items (fascinating), lots of info about whales and other marine life etc etc A 'must visit' when in Eden. Before or after your visit, enjoy scrumptious fish and chips on the wharf. Mmmmm

Visited on Monday 19th February. We parked the car nearby and went for a walk around Queenscliff admiring the beauty of this place. We stopped awhile to enjoy Princess Park which is only a few minutes walk from the main street and harbour.
